The only thing is the toilet seat the color was wear out, but the staff was friendly breakfast was good. I would come back here

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms were extremely clean, breakfast was great and location of hotel to everything was very convenient.

Will not be staying here again. Was given a wheelchair accessible room, horrible dirty room 314 with broken window rods, and representative refused to accommodate other room claiming they were sold out, yet on Expedia they had availability. It almost seemed like Richelle went out of her way to make it unpleasant and uncomfortable. Staff can really make a hotel lose customers.

This 4-story Hampton Inn has a clean, modern look and is in an excellent location for Pocono day trips. It's close to shopping malls and many choices of restaurants for lunch and dinner. Their breakfast buffet included freshly made muffins plus fresh fruit, waffle making and hot breakfast entrees. Their indoor pool is open 6am-10pm. We brought our shiba since the hotel is dog-friendly with a $50 per stay surcharge. Their weekend pricing is the reason for my rating. We stayed on Sat and Sunday nights, and the same room cost 2 1/2 times more for Saturday.

I travel lot and always look for good brand hotels and most importantly is the service that comes with it. I was very disappointed at this place 1st my room had bad smell, no soap in bathroom or body wash, and the service was not helpful when called for soap they come down get your self and then just rudely I was handed ONE small soap. And also when asked for extra pillow I was told no and they don’t have them. Very disappointing Hampton. Will NOT be coming back here.

We were pleasantly surprised.location easily accessed from Interstate 80 and our travels. Immaculate rooms; very comfortable bedding; appreciated mini fridge, microwave and Neutrogena bathroom amenities.
Staff helpful and friendly. We could not have been more pleased and will return again both at this location and others in the chain.

The rooms are small and the air quality is not so great, it's humid inside the rooms. The bathroom is modern and clean, mattress are firm but the early morning service customer rep.was unprofessional and willing to assist with early arrival check in but once the shift change Krissi was amazing to made every effort to help we had to wait an hour but it's better than saying there other hotels you can go to if you need to check in earlier.

Staff was helpful & friendly, check in and out was easy and efficient, room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was hot and plentiful.

Had a great stay there. Kathy at the reception was wonderful, the room was clean and very comfortable, the breakfast was great (eggs, sausage, oatmeal, various fruit, good coffee, etc). Definitely recommend it.

The hotel staff didn’t understand the difference between someone staying for business, rather than staying for personal reasons. I needed to leave early in the morning, when I went to checkout three Hotel employees were sitting on a bench none behind the counter and I needed to leave for work. They instead decided to try and have a joking conversation with me that I told them I needed to leave no one was in line, and it proceeded. They refused Eventually I tossed the keys on the counter and just left leaving me a few much needed minutes late for work. If checking out on time is a necessity for you this might not be the place because they do not take it seriously.

Great value located just off the highway. Close to Med Center, restaurants and shops. Excellent service, very good breakfast!

I booked 2 rooms for my cousin and I. We had to cancel the same day as we were arriving because my cousin caught Covid. I am a Hilton employee and I was charged 35$ per room. I have been trying to get in contact with the manager for 4 days. I even had my front desk manager call and try to get the fee waived as it is for a Covid related reason and I work for Hilton. We are being ignored and I am very disappointed in the lack of urgency. Hopefully this review will help me get a refund. Times are very hard and 70$ is a lot to be taken when I had to cancel for valid reasons. I am absolutely disputing this with my bank so I will get my money back. Corporate greed at its finest!
UPDATE! I spoke to the very rude manager of the Hampton inn poconos and was told I wouldn’t have my fee waived for no reason! They are choosing not to help. Do not let these hotels fool you when they tell you they cannot waive the fee for medical or weather or transportation issues! The fee can easily be waived before it is put through night audit. The manager specifically is choosing not to waive my fee for no reason when I canceled for a medical reason! Absolutely disgusting and I will keep updating this review as my case goes on.

Highly recommend, stayed here with my family overnight since we were attending a wedding nearby. The manager, Christine, Renee, and Jamar were very attentive and helpful with anything we needed. SUPER CLEAN, well decorated, AC worked well since it was 95 degrees out when we stayed, free breakfast really got us off to a great start before departing for our trip home. Will definitely return.

This is one of the best hotels in USA! Room was very clean, good breakfast, room was ready before check in time and we pass to our room with mobile key.
This was the first hotel in USA who wrote welcome letter and it was personalised for me! Just like regular practice in good hotels in Europe. I recommend this hotel on 100%

My family and I were in town to visit our family in the area. We originally were at another hotel. Upon arrival we quickly realized the accommodations were not suitable and needed to find another place to stay. We contacted Hampton Inn and they happily found us a room. The rate was great and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We hope to stay here for all of our future visits. It's a very clean hotel with nice amenities. Every staff member was kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

I enjoyed everything about my stay here. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was pleasant and helpful and the location was great. Next to shopping and a lot of options for eating out.
