Hampton Inn & Suites Valley Forge/Oaks, Phoenixville PA

Quite an old hotel but at the same time very atmospheric. All amenities are there, a nice soft bed. Big TV. Good internet. Clean and equipped bathroom. Knot. The downside is that the windows don't open so there's no way to ventilate the room. Breakfast is included, but! It consists of two omelettes and bacon and waffles. There is always hot coffee and drinks available. Overall 3-4/5

Very happy with our stay at this hotel. Freshly renovated, very clean, good breakfast, smiling and friendly staff.

Well located for exploring the Pennsylvania Dutch Country and Philadelphia if you have a car, for much less during peak tourist season.

Paulette, the General Manager is very professional and tentative to the quality and service of the hotel. She works diligently to ensure that guests are pleased with their stay at the hotel. She truly exceeds one's expectations. I would definitely come back and stay at that hotel and would recommend that hotel all my family and friends.

We stayed 10 days, hotel is clean, all the staff are helpful especially Lesli! We have wonderful stay, it’s 10 out of 10 ️️️️️

Room was clean and the lobby appeared clean. Hotel was in a very good location. Only criticisms were the room was smaller than anticipated and the entrance was under going renovations. Otherwise, a pleasurable stay.

I love Hampton Inns. This location is wonderful. It is close to everything! The staff are amazing especially Paulette, the Manager. Her infectious laugh, her bubbly personality and hard work. She treats her guests like family and makes you feel at home. If you are looking for a place to stay in this area look no further.

I loved the guest service here. I was afraid because of bad weather this particular night. The guy at the front desk actually called up to my room when weather was really bad to check on us.so awesome. My room was clean and lived the fact they had a microwave and a fridge.

This location was less than pleasurable. From 422 it is turn key, but not the Hilton Way I've come to know & love! The front desk clerk was rude. He implied I was lying about calling in to the reservation line to book the room. The elevator was broken & they were waiting for people to come fix it. When I was leaving there was a guy asking if people were Hilton Honors participants. The hotel was nasty (dust on the bottom of our bags after being sat down) & there were spider webs complete with many dead bugs INSIDE the hotel right in the corner of someone's door (see pic below). We decided to not stay there. Smh we were concerned about the cleanliness of the establishment.
There were great places to eat across the street (Wawa, Buffalo Wild Wings, Moe's Southwest, Jersey Mike's & a few other places). Bob Evans was in the same parking lot as well. BJ's was not far as well as a Target & Movie Theater not far away either. There's a grocery store, Dollar Store, (strip mall) within 2 minutes (in a car). Gotta try Corropolese Bakery as well (the best tomato pie around)!

No room service. No change of sheets or coffee cups in room. Room was nice and clean. Bed and pillows decent. Free breakfast, no thanks. Tried twice, not good both times.

It was an amazing stay, and everyone was pleasant. The only issue we had…There was mold in the dishwasher, so we didn’t use the dish’s washer or the utensils. And if we stayed long enough, we would have just washed everything… no big deal.

An otherwise good stay was disturbed by being woken up by a loud voice in the adjoining room and hallway around 11pm and then again at 3: 30am by an iphone in the next room at full volume on speaker. I knocked on the door and asked the person to turn it down. He asked me why I was knocking on the door and then walked away down the hall. Turns out it was the front desk employee both times. I don't mind if they sleep or relax in an unused room, but how about some consideration for the people paying for the next room trying to sleep. Don't be so loud.

Great place! The people are extremely welcoming. The room was clean and spacious and the whole process was smooth!

Was actually very surprised with how clean this hotel was! It was very clean, breakfast was decent and the staff was EXTREMELY nice!

Hotel does not service rooms well and we didn’t get trash or towel service after they removed them. Door was not worth eating.
