11Nice bowling alley and restaurant. They remodeled it and it looks great. The food was good, the bowling was fun, the little arcade was fun, but my only complaint was all food and drinks are run through the bar area. They only had one bartender on and when I went for a refill for just a simple soda I had to stand in line for almost 15 minutes while one poor girl tried to serve 12 people. The place is actually quite fun and worth a visit!
What to visit after renovations and was impressed with what it offered. The cost would be good for 5 people not 2 as it was a bit expensive. Had the experience and not sure I would come back if prices don’t drop. Either way I enjoyed myself.
Love the food, stayed for the arcade! On my way to win a air hockey table at the prize counter!
Did bowl seven strikes in row today game 4 with a 247 game took three games to figure my spot out and good clean place to bowl at
Went for the 1st time today and will be back! Such a fun family experience clean friendly environment. We went with a 4 and 12 year old and we all had a good time. The kids enjoyed the robot delivering their snack!
Bright, clean, excellent staff, modern, great food, best bowling alley in the Valley, no contest. Great family fun option, we loved it.
Had a pretty decent time bowling until my 9 YO son wanted to try the game room before we left. 2 out of 3 of the machines that we tried in the first two minutes weren’t working and when we questioned it, one of the younger members of the staff was very rude and dismissive. We finally requested to speak to the “owner” and he only gave us our money back. No apologies, nothing for the rudeness of his staff. He was dismissive as well. Definitely great to see him drinking beer throughout the night though! Explains why he could care less about customer complaints!
Been a lifetime customer here and even bowled the casino league for years many moons ago. Couldn't wait for it to reopen. And have bowled a few times since the reopen. It is beyond stupid expensive! I just paid 50 dollars to bowl on 1 lane for 1 hour. Yes you read that right. 1 lane. 1 person. 1 hour. 50 dollars. It was 42 plus I gave a 17% tip and with tax it was 52 dollars. Hate to say it, Carl and the crew were awesome over the years but that is just way too much and probably won't be going back anymore. Don't get me wrong. The lanes are great and the place is beautiful. I just don't want to have to get a second job to bowl. Everywhere else around here is basically 20 dollars per hour to bowl per person. I just can't understand how the prices increased so much from before the collapse to after. Doesn't make sense to me. But it is what it is!
A bit expensive for a 1-2 bowlers on a weekday ($35/hr, includes 5 shoe rentals). Not bad for larger groups. Place looks nice but customer service could improve. Staff is not knowledgeable and unwelcoming. No effort to make you feel good about spending the extra $$.
Place may be new but not very friendly, towards non white. And this isn’t 1st experience of rudeness. You can sense the unwelcoming as soon as you are approached. Pretty sad but that’s how most of Catty is anyway. Yes I live in it.
It was our first time there totally enjoyed it I don't know if it's because they were busy but it took an hour and a half to get an order of french fries and nachos so order when you get there!
