Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I'm torn. On one hand, the masseuse was good. On the other hand, it was a rush job and when I asked the masseuse why it was 45 minutes for an hour booking I was told it was 50 minute "on the table" but it was actually closer to 40 between going back 15 minutes late and then having the consultation. I also got a facial and that service did give me the full time. I mentioned this time discrepancy to the front desk and they basically said they'd give me a free upgrade at my next appointment but this was my first appointment here and my overall impression was that I was not given what I bought. I won't be back.

I have never had a massage before, and my husband booked me a session for Christmas. As a nurse, I am incredibly tense and stuff, but I left feeling relaxed for the first time in my life! The entire staff was very kind and welcoming. My masseuse, Ryan, was very professional and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I feel like he really took his time and worked on areas I was troubled with and remained conscious of my eczema. I highly recommend coming here!

I've never actually been here so I can't say for sure but I did get an excellent deal for black Friday. Purchased for a Christmas present.

Everyone is very friendly. The facility is super clean and inviting. I love my therapists for both massage and facial.

Please avoid going to this place for massage. Take your elsewhere. Those people are questionable who works there.

My husband gave me a gift card for our anniversary as I have been wanting to get a massage for a while. My appointment with Terry was awesome she was very professional and listened to me when I explained about areas on my back that were causing me quite a bit of pain. By the time I left she had worked out the worst of my aches and I felt better than I have in a long time. I have now been back a second time and I would recommend to anyone that is wanting a massage to check them out. Ask for Terry she is amazing.

So why was I charged $15 extra for the feet?
I asked for a receipt put in my pocket. Upon inspection, I was only given a receipt for the $15.

I would give them a zero if I could. I called to set up an appointment. The receptionist was very rude and I asked for a Saturday morning and was told none were available. She finally found an afternoon available and told me my massage would be with Lou. I then asked for a female massage therapist and was told that Lou does not identify as male or female and that they go by the pronouns "they/them". I said to the rude receptionist that seemed bothered that I asked for a female therapist that if Lou was born a male, I did not want a male massage therapist. (I've had male massage therapists before and I find that the pressure is too much for me, even if I ask for lighter). Of course, the receptionist became even more rude and it became harder to get a time scheduled. I ended up going to another location. In the meantime, this location seems more concerned with the preference of their employee and him using his pronouns than they do the preference and comfort of their paying customer.

They are so great! I’ve been seeing Kaitie for a few months now and I’ve been so happy that I got the monthly membership. Everyone is so friendly and professional and it’s always so fantastic and relaxing. Thank you Kaitie and Hand and Stone!

I hesitate to say how good Kathy is as a massage therapist because then her schedule will fill up making it harder for me to get in when I need her, but she is GREAT.

Have been a member since you began. And would not dream of ending it!

My boyfriend had a membership with this location for a couple years. He went in to cancel his membership due to him not using it. After signing a form, they continued to charge his account. He tried to work out a way to use his accrued services but they refused to let him transfer any of them out nor did they offer to refund him any of the passed few charges he received after going back and forth with them.

I had a therapeutic massage with Andrea. She gave an awesome massage, firm enough and incredibly relaxing! She focused effectively on the areas where I told her I carried my stress and had muscle knots. I would highly recommend this location.

I’m picky when it comes to my masseuse and tried quite a few before I found Jess R. Not only is she kind and respectful, but she is extremely talented. I’ve been getting deep tissue massages from her the last couple of months and feel amazing when she is done.

Clean, friendly and professional. I've been here a number of times and have seen a number of massage therapists here and I have not had a negative experience with anyone. The therapists take the time to hear what's going on and target any problem areas. I've dealt with lower back pain and have had different stretches recommended to me to try by the therapists. This location is great and I will continue to come back.
