Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I’m just leaving this place and now I remember why I wasn’t a fan of this establishment! So the best part about this place is the staff up front but besides that I get there at 2: 20 for my 2: 30 massage get called back at 2: 35 asked the therapist a question about what a certain add on is and she barely answers just says I don’t do that that’s not what I asked! Secondly she steps out the room for me to undress and appears back about 7 minutes later as though it’s not only going to take 1minute for me to undress, so now it’s about 2: 45 can someone please tell me why my 1 hour massage ended at 3: 23! Oh yeah and I told her about what part of my body was aching it didn’t even get touched! I typically leave good tips I didn’t even feel bad when I left a dollar tip!

Wasn't a fan. I wanted to schedule a 90 min massage but with the add ons I wanted the therapist only does 60 mins. Turns out you don't even get a full hour. I was undressing for my 11am appt by 1104 massage started at 1106 and by 1150 was done my massage. I also paid for cranial sacral add on which the total time spent on my scalp and neck being less than 5 mins wasn't worth the extra money. I just feel disappointed and not really relaxed leaving.

Had an amazing Pumpkin facial yesterday with Regina! I am a member and see Regina every time. She is amazing and I always leaved feeling relaxed and refreshed. The front desk staff is super friendly as well.

I really enjoyed my last two massages here! First one by Ally two months ago and a week ago with Theresa! The young lady at the desk was so friendly and nice. I will be back!

I have been suffering with back pain since I left Hand and Stone. I told the masseuse that I suffered with sciatica two years ago. She massaged my lower back too hard. I had to tell her that she was hurting me.

I never post reviews for any establishment, but after my experience with hand and stone, Brookhaven, I had to share my experience. From the cleanliness of the waiting area to the professionalism of the entire staff, my experience was amazing. I would especially like to mention how the manager took her time and explained the different packages to me and wanted to make sure that I was happy with what I chose and I that understood what I was purchasing. Her patience and professionalism was above beyond anything I have ever experienced else where. I definitely would recommend this hand and stone.

This place is dirty just dirt the rooms the chairs in the front ripped and dirty the bathroom is semi clean the manager is rude i’m local in brookhaven and i will be telling all my friends not to go here

I have experienced the worst customer service at hands and stone that left a nasty taste in my mouth. For starters, each time I come to my appointment, either the massage therapist is running late, or their sessions is going over; therefore, I will have to wait 10 minutes to be seen and sometimes, I am not getting my full massage time. However, the massage therapist is normally apologetic and courteous, so I have not been voicing my concerns. However, yesterday, Apr 24th, my appointment was scheduled for 4pm and I came into Hands and Stone at 3: 50 and I was not seen until 4: 21. I did not receive a courteous call informing me that the massage therapist was running late. As Melissa the massage therapist called me back, basically she said we close at 6pm and I can try to give you your full time, but I am not a machine, therefore, decide if you want the service or not. She was very nasty, combative, and aggressive. I felt like she wanted to fight, so I did not feel comfortable with her doing my massage. She continued to laugh and did not listen to my concerns. She basically said I’ll be back in 5 minutes let me know if you still want me to service you. Her ATTITUDE sucks bad and now I need to figure out if I want to cancel my membership or try to go to another location which is far from my house. I don’t feel comfortable going to this location and there is no manager ever available. Granted I understand things happen and everyone is busy, this is unacceptable behavior. If I did not show up, I would lose my package. Since I have been coming to location it is very unprofessional. The girls are trying at the front desk, but there should be someone there to make sure the massage therapists are held accountable for their actions. It’s a huge turnover rate and I constantly need to switch to another massage therapist. I have been a valued customer for over 5 years and have enjoyed my services. I should feel relaxed and less anxious when I walk in your doors. I have not experienced this with the Brookhaven location.

My best friend and I made an appointment for the first week in March at the Brookhaven office. We specifically asked for a female masseuse and she scheduled one of us with a male masseuse. We also asked to be scheduled at the same time and she scheduled us an hour apart.

Horrible scheduling system. I get all the way across town for a confirmed appointment to be told I don't have an appointment. Very frustrating and a major disappointment. Will not be returning. A total waste of my time. Save your's and go somewhere else.

I haven't had a full body massage in over 9 years. And it felt great. I recommend it to everybody to treat themselves

I am a member with atleast 13 packages available I usually go to H&S in Glen Mills, when I tried to book over a week out for a morning appointment I was informed the earliest would be a month out. I ended up calling 4 H&S locations only to be told nothing was available for the Thursday morning was off from work.
Kayla from Brookhaven did call me back to offer me a morning appointment for the following morning due to a cancellation. The time didn't work for me but I so appreciate that she followed up and said she'd put me on the waiting lust for Thursday morning. So I give 5 to Kayla for her thoughtful customer service.

Canceled on me 25 min before my appointment. Things happen but my times limited & precious too. I actually heard a few people say its happened to them. Maybe its common. Prob try some place else.

Front desk staff were attentive. The lady that I received a facial from was very good. I was falling asleep

I’ve been very disappointed in the cleanliness of my service. I have pictures that I have attached as proof, but I was given a dirty robe and sandals that looked dirty and worn, as well as a broken bag. I was then given a facial with a musty smelling towel. I paid my fee and left but now the next day I’m getting hives behind both ears. I attribute it to my service. I am requesting a refund and will no longer be frequenting your establishment.

Friendly and welcoming front desk staff. My therapist was okay, the one I had the first time was way better.

Room was cold. At least my table was heated, my girlfriend's was not. Even though I wrote areas to stay away from and it looked like the therapist read it, she dug into it anyway. My girlfriend specifically asked for pressure in one area and got a light message instead. Weren't asked anything about ambiance or offered water and bonus: it was couples message and they didn't knock before entering. Our experience is now an inside joke. Been to Hand and Stone without issues but it was my girlfriend's first and probably last. Thanks for the laughs.

First time I go. I loved it, I'll be back soon. Regina is super professional and answered my questions
