HAND & STONE, Exton PA

I had a facial yesterday with hand and stone in Exton. They told me over the phone that it will be 79.95 introduction facial I just need a basic one. I’m allergic to aspirin so lady didn’t apply any good products because all have Aspirin in it totally she works on me 15 minutes did not remove my blackheads barely massage me. At the counter she said 120$ please. When I ask her for what she’s going round and round and ask me for tip too I has so mad At that time I only have 20$ in my pocket that I give her. Manager didn’t contact me yet

Worst message place I have ever been to. Everything was bad. Including
Service / massage/ place / oil they used and receptionist was so rude and not welcoming at all.

I needed a relaxed massage after a few months of tightness due to seasonal allergies and Alex delivered! He explained that he experiences the same tightness and he said that the best style of massage for me would be relaxed. I usually ask for a deep tissue and come away more tense than before.

Alex reviewed the massage afterwards and explained why certain areas needed more time. This is what I prefer as apposed to hearing about “problem areas” that I have no control over. I enjoy hiking and I work in retail and it’s important for me to feel more relaxed while I’m on my feet.

This was my 1st appointment with Alex and the massage was the best I’ve ever had! Because of his demeanor and his work, I signed up for the Hand & Stone membership. I highly recommend booking with Alex!

I am a regular customer here and have been for years. They possess a high level of professionalism and courtesy for their customers. Staff is very pleasant and all areas are clean. They make you very comfortable whether it is your 1st time or 100th time visiting.

The staff is very rude at this location. I did facial, when I asked for the brochure to look for the services they provide (the add-ons), the receptionist (Kyle) said they don’t have it. Felt like she was not interested to tell me about services they provide.
The service was not good at all. The Aesthetician did not do anything at all except rolling her two fingers around my face.
When I said I am not satisfied with the facial, she was like I have told manager you talk to the manager. Receptionist and the aesthetician started bullying me.

When I asked for the compensation for the service I did not like, they insulted me. The aesthetician was not letting me speak and the receptionist was like you pay the difference and give the tip I don’t care about your experience. When I refused to pay she said things that were very insulting.
This not the first time I experienced that staff is very rude. They cancel the appointment on same day of the service.
I really don’t recommend this place. It’s not at all relaxing it’s opposite of relaxing. There is no option to select no star in the review that’s why gave one star but they don’t deserve any star at all.

3 appointments canceled in a row. Do not buy the membership. I contacted the manager as requested below and did not receive a response. This franchise is awful. Stay away. I contacted the manager as suggested below, twice, i haven't heard anything back from them.

Absolutely adore this location! Front desk is extremely accommodating and my service was top tier! Thank you for helping me alleviate my aches & pains!

It was a very relaxing experience, and got manicure and pedicure. Will definitely refer to friends and family.

Have been a member for over 7 years starting in Florida and now Exton, PA. Have seen the same massage therapist for the past year & he has worked wonders (Alex). And I love the team at the front desk (Shamus and the girls). Highly recommend!
