All staff are friendly and accommodating. The service is excellent. Truly a retreat and relaxing experience.

I had a wonderful experience at this location and I cannot wait to go back. I’ve been having extremely painful sciatica and my masseuse, Justin, was able to get rid of a lot of my pain.

I am very disappointed that this site is not working harder to keep their staff and clients safer in a COVID pandemic. I had a massage 2 weeks ago and asked them why they did not have plexiglass at counter, and take temperatures at arrival of clients. The manager came out (with no mask) and said they said it was due to start the next day. Two weeks later and they have not made any effort to improve this. While they do ask you to wear a mask, you could be in a room for 45 minutes that the client prior had a fever in for nearly an hour. This is just not acceptable in a COVID world. I am moving to the Krocks Road, Hamilton Crossing site. There you have your temp taken before you are allowed in the building, you call from the car, to go right to a room, etc.

I recommend Remy who asked specific questions, was extremely professional and gave me the best massage. Everyone there are friendly, welcoming and helpful.

I always have a good experience here. Friendly staff, and very little wait time when you come in for an appointment. I always book with Nathan, who seems to have a sixth sense for the right amount of pressure during a massage. Highly recommended!

This was my first visit to Hand and Stone at the Promenade and it was amazing. Justin has been my therapist for several years and he reached out to let us know his new location. I was not pressured to join, but I wanted to so I can continue to have Justin at the member pricing. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I've had multiple massage therapists, but I prefer the pressure point massage that Justin provides. He is simply the BEST!

My estranged wife visited the spa in Center Valley. She said at the time she was impressed with the quality of service.

It was awesome, tried the new OBD massage and I loved it so much I want to go back again tomorrow.

My husband showed up for his massage and the masseuse just did not show up at work. My husband re-scheduled and now the masseuse did not show up again. I plan on going to Todd Leff. This is not the way to run a business and to the franchise owner - you should be ashamed to let this business run this way. The system would not let me post without giving 1 star which you do not deserve in the least.

Excellent place for facials and massages. Had a microderm facial done and got numerous comments on how youthful I looked. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend

The front desk staff and the massage therapist here are phenomenal this is definitely one of the best locations that I have been to for hand and Stone facials I can't say that I've been super happy with them but the massages are fantastic, highly recommend Nathan!

Amazing therapists, wonderful and relaxing atmosphere, and excellent customer service. We visit regularly and this is our go to place.

I have been getting facials here with Hannah for the past couple of months and she is incredible! I would recommend her to anyone. She always takes care of my skin needs, and makes sure that I am comfortable. I'll never go anywhere else!

Had the pleasure of having Samara as my massage therapist. Had very bad neck and lower right side hip pain. She listened to my issue, and took the proper course of action.
She was gracious, professional and enjoys her work as a therapist. She recommended a return visit, in the proper manner. Not in a pushy, Upselling way, and actually her recommended time span between this treatment and the next is right on target. I will return and request Samara, she instills confidence.

Would highly recommend Michelle from Hand and Stone. Michelle was very experienced and gave me great recommendations to help me stay less tense between massages.

They were good at first, but now they have lost sight of the people that are paying for services from them. The scheduling is the worst, they over book every time and call to reschedule or cancel EVERY time I make an appointment. If they want to keep my business and referrals they had better start doing a better job. I can always go to Healing Hands, I hear they are really good, with competitive prices.

Always a great experience! I have a membership and it is worth every penny. The staff is so sweet and friendly.
