Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. I would not recommend using.

WARNING HORRIBLE SERVICE!
They will Take you Money and not pick up your trash. AVOID AT ALL COST. Extremely Dishonest company.

We switched to Handy Dandy about a year ago and the difference in service from our previous provider is second to none. They really go above and beyond. This is customer service at its finest. If you are thinking about switching trash companies choose Handy Dandy you won’t regret it.

If the company is short on staff please let us know. My trash sat for two days and no one came. This happened once before. Thank God no rodents got ahold of the trash. We are looking for other options.

What a fantastic company to work with! Everyone was great to deal with. The staff on the phone were friendly at explaining how things work (dumpster rental) and were transparent on pricing and fees. The driver who dropped off was also very pleasant to deal with. Will definitely use them again, happy to have them in town and will definitely recommend them to neighbors and friends!

Excellent company to do business with. My old trash company routinely skipped pick ups but never refunded payment for non service.
I even had to call Handy Dandy twice and spoke with a live person immediately who was incredibly polite and helpful.
