I was having electrical issues that I was unable to figure out myself. When calling, I received great customer service and had a technician sent to my house within two days. Michael Hoffman was the technician sent out for the service call. Michael was very professional when introducing himself. He presented his business card first while telling me who he was and who he represented. Michael was able to find the issue in no time at all (Made me feel like I could have done that myself. Michael made it look so easy). As Michael was working, he was explaining to me what he was doing to give me better knowledge of how my wiring is set up in my 1959 house. After all said and done I was worried that the bill was going to be outrageously expensive, but my bill was half what I thought I was going to pay. Michael gave me the best service and made sure to keep my overall bill low. Being a first time customer I would recommend them to anyone that needs services done.

The technician started by trying the least expensive options first, and when that didn't work for my leak, he walked me through the other options. Our furnace was not working and it was a holiday weekend. We didn't have heat for 2 days and since we get our hot water from our furnace, we didn't have hot water either. I called several companies to get quotes. The woman who answered the phone (Elana) was very polite and helpful. Handyside's prices were the best from all the quotes I got. Alex, the technician, was prompt and also very pleasant. Bottom line, very pleased with this company and will use them in the future.

Great service, friendly and very professional. Took the time to work with us. Told us everything they were doing, explained how our new system worked. They were neat and cleaned up everything when the job was done, you wouldn't have known that they had even been there. They are truly exceptional and we'll be using them for all our heating, cooling, and plumbing needs in the future. Great job!

Alex arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He told me how much time it would take for the service and then got right to work. After the service was complete he explained what exactly he had done and he also told me that he switched the April Air system to the winter mode. Alex is the person who installed our April Air system last Spring and he explained everything to me in a clear manner to make sure I knew how the system works. He is an excellent employee and should be complimented for the great job he does.

Awesome local company to deal with. I had a heat pump and furnace installed with no issues, and it was a professional job. I would call them in a heartbeat if I need any repairs in the future. Keep up the good work!

I've used Handyside several times for various plumbing needs. They're courteous, they come when they promise, they call with a 'heads up' when they're on their way, they put booties on before coming in the house and they're very polite. - The most important thing though is they know what they're doing and, at least for the work they've done for me, their pricing is very reasonable.

This was my 3rd time using Handyside, and they performed as flawlessly as the other two. I have had them replace a frozen/broken exterior faucet, repair our heat pump and service our gas fireplace. Each service was handled quickly, efficiently and at a fair price. Their customer service is fantastic and their technicians are top notch.

My heat pump stopped working and I had no heat. Handyside was able to get to my home the very next day. The technician was knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend Handyside if you want an honest opinion.
