Alway there when you call, one issue is when it come to part if needed, there is a wait. Can get pricey at times.

No heat due to condensation sump not evacuating. As installed (5 mos.ago) the condensate drain line does not drain completely. The drain froze causing the pump to dead head. Furnace got a high-level signal which shuts it down. Tech re-routed to original drain. Hopefully the pump was not damaged.

Installed heat pump and outdoor compressor 3 years ago and performed some yearly maintenance checks since then as well as installed an upgrade issued by the company who manufactured my compressor - all work and dealings with this company have been great! Trustworthy and professional and I highly recommend them!

Kyle did a wonderful job on my yearly A/C maintenance.

Called to get service on my A/C unit gave the name then they called back and wanted pictures to determine if they could service unit, according to the website they service all types of units, but guess again they need pictures because they just can’t go by the name!

I have been dealing with this company for approximately 20 years and they have done my maintenance twice a year, installed an upgraded AC unit and just did the cleaning of my ducts and vents. Everything has been first class and done above my expectations.

Our service technician, Bill, has been servicing our geo-thermo system for years and he has always been knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He always explains the problem and goes right to work on resolving the issue. Have been dealing with them for over 25 years and wouldn’t think of going elsewhere because when I call for service they respond promptly. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing service and I do without hesitation. BTW, when I call for service, whether or not this is by chance, they always send Bill which I greatly appreciate the continued service with a technician I have confidence in and know on a first name basis.

Needed a new Heat Pump. The techs were professional, on time and informative. They cleaned up well after they were done.

Hannabery service was great, as always. I've been using them for 20+ years for heating and my generator and they are consistently excellent. Charles always does a great job.
