You don't have to worry about speed limits in the borough. They're everywhere else driving or hiding and not pulling over the people that needs to be pulled over for speeding excessively in the historic part of Hanover.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Just spoke to the rudest laziest woman on the phone here. She was not helpful AT ALL. I do not have an emergency yet she kept telling me to call 911 umm NO usually they do not want u to tie up operators lines with non emergencies, but she was just so lazy she wanted to get me out of her ear.
