Terrible time whatever you do do not go to the women that works there! I was there Friday she left me every ten minutes to do somebody’s eyebrows or cash people out did not pay attention to my nails drew spider webs that looks like my 5yo did it then charged me $70! My nails weren’t even even! I had to file them all to the same size when I got home and I had to repaint some of my nails because they were so terrible it looked like a child did them I was referred by my sister but I will never go back horrible experience and she knew she did a terrible job drawing on my nails and charged me $70 anyhow it’s truly disgusting the man had to come and finish my nails because she had no idea what she was doing yet I still got overcharged this is why I don’t give new people chances! Truly disgusted with this place

I’ve been coming here for about a year. Developed a fungus on my right thumb. The nail turned green, he filed some off and applied acrylic over it. I never in my years of doing my nails caught fungus in my nails. This is the last time I will come here.

Terrible! I was in for a color change and my nails were done by a man who’s station was right by the door, don’t know his name. He was more interested in watching tv than doing my nails and as a result, my nails started chipping, peeling and breaking! Don’t go there or if you do, don’t let him touch your nails

Me and my daughter got manicures while my husband got a deluxe pedicure (clear polish). I got this pretty light blue manicure (stickers not included i got them online, and i put them on afterword). And my daughter really liked her sparkly magenta manicure, i was surprised she able sit still but something she really wants she does. Though the happiest person was my husband he been suffering from lower leg pain for 6 plus years that we still havent figured out the cause. His limp causes him to get recurrent ankles tendentious, and he has both flat feet with deep fissures which the lady was able to buff out. He liked the massage and hot stones so much. He felt like he actually walk without pain the whole day. The staff was very friendly and prices were great.

I went to PA on a small vacation with family and wanted to get my nails done. There is really nothing good to say about this place. I don't usually leave reviews but this is a special case. I went in and asked for a full set with acrylic. The person who was doing my nails complained when I told her I wanted short oval nails. I work on a computer all day, I can't do long nails. She didn't clean the cuticles to start off and just filed my nail and started gluing on the tips. She did the powder on one hand and then went to wax another client while I sat there for 10 minutes waiting for her to come back. She did my other hand and in the process of filing down the acrylic with the machine she cut my thumb right behind my cuticle. It started bleeding. She said sorry and put some kind of powder on it to stop the bleeding. She just kept going like it didn't hurt. My nails look horrible. They are flat and point upwards. So disappointed. She didn't clean the bottom of the nails uderneath. They are lumpy and the polish is sloppy. I've never had such badly done nails before. Adding insult to injury they charged me full price. 53 dollars for a cut on my finger and ugly nails. Please do better.

DO NOT GO HERE, just got my nails done a few days ago I called them about how bad 2 of my nails fell off two days later & the white paint on my nails turning purple & they refused to fix them & told me if wanted to fix I would have to pay full price $85 dollars again. I asked to speak to the manger hannah & they said it was a he which is definitely not true because I have friends that comes here and everybody knows it’s a female manger & then they said he won’t be back for two weeks but when I walked in today she was there. Save your money & time and go some place else

Excellent service. The technicians are so good about getting you in right away and always a wonderful experience. I always get the gel paint set for mani and pedi. Very professional and kind staff.

I have used this place 2 times the first time wasnt so bad the second horrible take a look to pictures of my nails. This is only a couple days old. Not only to they look terrible, but they look like they should be on a two-year-old. The place itself is not clean. And they reuse and repurpose paper towels. I mean, if you can't use a paper towel once and get rid of it. My hand were on a dirty paper towel turned over. Kept getting my hand yanked to relax versus asking to relax my hand. Then you've got a problem. When I told them I did not like my nails or the way they looked and did not like the color and she said nothing but stared and asked for cash. I don't think you should go there because if they stood behind their work and they wanted you to be happy. They were not let you walk out the door and I was mad so mad. My nails are streaky and there are mistakes everywhere and this is not something I want to look at for the next couple weeks but what choice do I have when I feel I've been bamboozled? Michelle who did my nails has attitude and the equipment they use is not sanitized. No idea how they get away with it. Deplorable. She should have fixed them or lessened the hefty price tag.

My first gel color was thick on each tip & the lifted off 5’th day. My natural nail broke. Second visit with new acrylic & smooth gel application by N. I’m happy with light pink manicure. The customer’s here in the Poconos are friendly and they make your time inside this nail salon enjoyable.

There good with pedicures but acrylic and nails designs are not good I got charged 220 for my nails and feet but my nail polish started to peel off and the girl who did my nails was very aggressive with my hand and had bad attitude don’t recommend going there unless u want a wax or your toes done

Again I was treated very rude by the owner and that is putting it mildly. This time was the final blow. They have lost me as a customer. I had my nails done there a few weeks ago and had some amazing artwork done on my nails. Before the owner cleaned the old gel away I said, “I love the artwork and want it done again. ” She said, “you want a baboon? ” I said, what? And she repeated it. I professionally responded. “You shouldn’t offend your customers. That wasn’t funny at all. ” I will not return there. The majority of her customers are people of color and this is what she thinks of us!
