Geoff came to our house a year ago, was super nine initially, promised that he would come back to check if everything was insulated properly. Had tons of other contractors to refer, promised to order a part for an AC.
I think the insulation made some difference on the 3rd floor quality but no matter how many times I have contacted him, how many set appointments we had for him to measure if the insulation is everywhere, which I can tell isn’t, because he never came back. Every single time he had a different excuse, different life drama. I have a chain of texts about 9 different times he was supposed to come to my house and he never showed up after the initial service and being paid. He still hasn’t showed up to measure the distribution of the insulation or if anything else is needed.

Excellent service. They really went above and beyond and did an excellent job insulating our ceiling and dining room. I would highly recommend this company to everyone.

Initially the interactions were good with Geoff. He was super down to earth, friendly. I contacted him to put in insulation in my attic because the upstairs was so hot in the summer even with the air on. He told me multiple times that he guaranteed that the temp between the floors would be within a degree. His price was super reasonable, got the job done well. I then contacted him a few weeks later and said that it wasn't within a degree, and asked what the next steps were. He said I would have to get some other services done, contact an HVAC person i.e. Things I would have to pay for to get it within a degree. I told him my understanding of a guarantee was that he would do the work and it would be covered under said guarantee, and asked if there was anything else he could do for me, he never responded to my email. So he was reasonably priced, got the job done, I can definitely tell a difference, but the guarantee was misleading, and him ghosting me left a bad taste in my mouth.
