4Our dog loves it here. Most of the time, she doesn’t want to come home! Staff is professional and amiable.
I dropped my dog off in am and told them I would be late and gave the time of 7: 30pm. They didn’t mention a late fee in the morning at drop off, said it was fine. When I came to pick up in evening, they hit me with an $85 late charge and said I agreed to $1 a minute late fee after 6: 30 by signing the contract. When I tried to discuss, they kept stating I signed the contract. I offered full $30 payment on top of $30 daily fee and they refused. Very unprofessional for a business trying to build a customer base.
It was a wonderful experience! I was at first nervous as this was the first time we had did anything like this, however our dog seemed to really have a fun time and the staff was very caring. Would highly recommend to anyone, first timer or pro!
