I enjoy shopping here with my husband. They are always so helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is very warm. Most of the merchandises doesn't disappoint. I do love the sales. Glad my husband discovered this place.

I'm a guy. I love tools. Harbor freight tools. I love harbor freight tools. It's a great store it's got all kinds of tools I couldn't find what I was looking for but the girls help me and they brought out from their back what I needed I was all disappointed I couldn't get it for Jack because they were in recall but that wasn't the store's fault. It's actually my first time in there and I was very happy I found what I needed spent a lot of money and I'm very happy and I can work on my truck.

My son & I shop every chance we get for the tools we need. Replacement insurance is fair and worry free. Worth every penny.

They have a lot of tools and hardware that I use, although sometimes the sale items are sold out.

This was my 1st time in Harbor Freight, but it won't be my last. The young lady on the register was extremely helpful. I told her what I needed, and the quantity, and in less than 5 minutes I had exactly what I asked for. And she used a coupon that I didn't know existed, so my bill was $12 cheaper. You can't beat that for customer service!

Tools are very cheap, but that comes through on the quality. Definitely a good place to get oddball tools for jobs you are going to do once in awhile. But dont expect it to last. Staff are not very knowledgable so you may want to purchase items with knowledge of your own research. Overall the only plus is the fact tools are cheap, and seem like they have a liquidation sale every weekend.

Great discount prices. Picked up new sump pump while on sale. Current pump still working fine after 4 years.

The tools are cheap and plentiful, I have been told the hand tools have lifetime guarantee from Pittsburgh tools.

It's harbor freight! You come for the wood clamps and end up leaving with some thing you didn't know you needed. It's cheap tools. Not necessarily bad tools. I like purchasing one off things and tools to familiarize myself.

5 stars customer service. What I didn't like is, the 20% restocking fee on the return policy. Would rather try to get my tools at home depo or lowes, so I know I can return in case I don't like it.

If you have a quick job that needs to finished at an affordable cost, I would suggest Harbor Freight in a heart beat. They have pretty much everything you need and you won't empty out your wallet trying to complete your project. Plus they have regular sales and plenty of coupons that make an even better more affordable tool hunting experience

I am like a kid in q candy store in this store. Tons of selections and great prices. The employees were more then happy to help. I advise anyone that is looking for a tool or something specific you definitely need to try them first.

This place is good for certain tools but then for a little bit more expensive tools do your homework and make sure you check the reviews on YouTube.
