Don't go here and expect quick service or accurate orders. I've spent 40 minutes stuck in the drive thru lane, 20-30 minutes inside after placing an order, and orders are very often wrong. Ask for a burger with the veggies but no sauces and you'll still likely get the sauces.

Slow than slow. Went through drive, they were not busy inside or out and yet waited at ordering area for over 5 minutes before giving order, I'm not talking waiting in line I'm talking waiting at ordering position. I than another 10 minutes at the next window waiting for my food. French fries less than barely warm. Highly disappointed, would not recommend this particular site.

It's fast food but the fries were fresh. The burger I got had onion rings on it with barbecue sauce. It's called the western burger I think and it was good. So for fast food I'll give it a 5 out of five at least this time

Absolutely awful. Waited in drive thru line, went inside after 0 movement in 10 mins, went inside, place was disgusting. Lady yelled at us “ILL BE THERE IN A MINUTE”. 3 people working, one person on their phone. Avoid at all costs.

I went here for a doordash order and literally there was not a single customer in there or at drive thru. The guy mopping yelled that the doordasher was here. No one responded. After several minutes he started getting things together so slowly I thought the place would close before he was done. There were people behind me he didn’t even acknowledge while I was there. Hopefully the customers food was not cold. I think it’s horrible the way people these days perform at work.

I live in Middletown and used to go to this Hardee’s a lot, the drive thru now takes forever even if you are the only car there and the staffing isn’t the best during the busier hours. Inside takeout or dine in is very unsanitary the countertops always look dirty and the food quality just lacks.

The burger combos are a bit pricey and you are better off finding another fast food joint to get a better deal if you are on the move and looking to save a few dollars.

I went to go eat here last week with my grandparents, curly fries are amazing, along with the atmosphere which was kept clean.we went around dinnertime on a Wednesday but it wasn't busy

Went in for the 2 for 5 breakfast. Nobody to take the order. Drive thru order came thru. As the guy from the back came to the front carrying a small trash can, he quickly maid the drive thru order. Never washed hands or put on gloves. I just then walked out grossed by the whole thing.

I got a Frisco breakfast sandwich. Had to return it because the bread was burnt black. Was running late but when the guy in the back remade the sandwich he laid it down on the bare assembly table nothing under the sandwich. He just contaminated my sandwich and table. You always prep food on the wrappings not the table.

Fast, accurate & friendly service.
Manager on duty was very friendly with customers and his staff. Huge difference maker in how employees feel about their job. Store is clean, lot is clean. Drive thru running well. These are all key to building traffic, driving sales and profit. Keep up the good work.

Ordered a ham and cheese combo. When I got my order I opened up the small sandwich and there was absolutely no cheese. So I took it inside and asked them where is the cheese.lol.they said it must have melted.not worth the money.

Food is usually pretty good, haven't had many disappointing meals here just wish they would have stuck with the sesame seed buns as opposed to the brioche buns.

Senior discount but you must ask for it. If you're hungry for a specific item and it's hot then it's not bad. Prices are often higher than posted be sure "the prices change so often we can keep the board updated".

My fiance was the head chef at Hardees. The gemini choas was out of loop the last time I was there, bad vibes but ok food. Two and half thumbs sideways.

First off the 3 ladies when we walked in are the best in the business. Who ever is the manager of this store you need to thank them and appreciate them to the max. Food was fresh and hot, store is clean and nothing but smiles and love. Treat these ladies right cause they are reason your store is amazing.

Went through the drive thru service we hamburgers and thin as paper, how their roast beef is I don't know, I do know it's expensive.
