Easily the best fast food experience I've ever had.every time I've gone! They're quick, extremely friendly, and the one time we were missing a sandwich, they made it for us and gave us an extra sandwich on the house. A perfect example for how all fast food restaurants should be.

I placed a drive-thru order on the app. When I got to the drive-thru speaker, they told me it was ready and to come inside, which negates the whole purpose of a drive-thru order (especially for those of us with health issues). Once inside, I waited quite a while at the register, 4 or 5 employees walking around behind the counter and back and forth to the lobby, not one asked what I needed. An employee then grabs a bag of food and tells another employee to go ahead and eat it since the customer “never showed” lol- I said “wait that’s probably mine, I was told at drive-thru to come in to get it”- and yes the receipt showed it was mine. This was around 2 in the afternoon and they weren’t busy inside or in the drive-thru. The food is good but the customer service was abysmal.

Ummm no…. Just no……hot food? Nope…. I ask for extra pickles for my burger…lady comes to table to deliver the food ok cool…. I request a cup of pickles…. Basically tells me I maybe charged. Obviously that wasn’t a factor being charged my thing was she never came back to the table…then my daughter goes to get the pickles and is told to wait in line…come again we already waited it was on the receipt as well my request for extra pickles which the burger had none…. At this why should I wait in line if I already waited? You all don’t got enough help hire more ppl. After that the burger was not hot I ask for fast hot food not cold. Not happening again as far my family using this location for food…. Other customers waiting for excessive amount of time for food too that had breaks and aren’t show to get accommodated at least you offer a refund. Come on Hardee’s.treat your paying customers better! Your eating area did not even look clean either……

Fantastic food. I enjoy working here and enjoying the new items we get. We need to keep all the chicken platters and beyond.

Good food: hot, crispy and well seasoned fries & well made burgers (by fast food standards). Service is decent as well (also by fast food standards), although they seem to be having difficulties with staffing - drive thru line can take a while. Still, solid choice if you're looking for a quick bite.

It was 9 pm. They don't close until 11pm. They already had dumped out their tea, and were not making shakes. We asked for what they had. The pie and the fries were old. Never again.

Well the establishment is on the first floor I love their fried onion Ray I enjoy many as well as their sandwich with bourgeois and baico.

The service was awesome the staff were wonderful and very friendly and outgoing. They held conversation with all the guests in the line and profusely apologized for the small wait as we had an 80$ order at the same time a 120$ Doordash order came through. They were amazing! Highly recomend!

Absolutely my favorite fast food breakfast, but this visit was for dinner. Prices have gotten crazy, I spent $15 and some change on their medium sized monster double cheeseburger combo. It was a good burger, but I can go to a red robin for that price.

The Frisco burger is here. One of my favorite burgers! Hardee's has GREAT FOOD! Pretty good breakfast too.

9 minutes waiting on the drive-thru booth, 6 minutes waiting before taking my pay, 6 minutes waiting on my food only turn out to be wrong because I requested not to have bacon on it, and it came with multiple bacon on my sandwich.

Food is not even hot fresh.

While waiting, no communication been made, not even a hello.

I shouldn't even have paid for this

Only saving grace from putting this to a 1 star is one male employee apologized to me for making me wait on the drive-thru booth.

NEEDS BETTER SIGNAGE FOR DRIVE THRU. MISSED IT & HAD TO DRIVE AROUND THE BLOCK. KNOW BETTER NOW!

That whole place should be shut down. The people who work there are useless and incompetent, the food is not cooked properly. And the crew members and manager are rude and disrespectful to customers. Worst service and food I've ever had.

Many of the other reviews seem to be fairly positive so maybe I just had a bad experience but it truly was awful. The woman taking orders through the monitor was rud

Their fries are very good, starting to like them more than McDonald's. Burger wasn't the best. I'll give them another try because of the fries.

The service was good and food was ok, the fried foods were not good but the double patty burger was good

Low class rude. I asked 3 times for no ice in my sodas All were filled completely with ice and then not filled all the way with soda
