Hark & Hark reviews
17 I don’t understand why people go lower than 5 starts, well anyways I hired Mr. Hark I’m 2012 for a couple cases I had in Philly and New Jersey, I was looking at hard time, but he did what he can, I did 3 months came home. Till this day I thank him, I have a landscaping business and I’ve been drug free for years now. But anyways all I can say is not everybody is satisfied. Thanks Rich.

Richard Hark is great at what he does. I did not know what to expect with my charges or case. Richard explained everything and I was even able to keep my permit to carry license.if you are in need of an attorney I recommend Hark & Hark. You will not be disappointed I promise you. Richard is a great lawyer to hire with any licensing issues that may arise for a professional. He is responsive, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Call Richard before you talk to anyone. He works out payments, an he knows what he is doing. He helped me through a very scary time in my life, an i still have my LPN license. I am so happy that i found him on the internet.
Richard was my lawyer in 2019 and helped me handle a DUI case that would have ruined my current healthcare career and limited my future. Hiring him was the best decision I could have made as he guided me through the court process and handled communications with the Board. He was incredibly responsive to texts and email; he handled my crying phone calls so well and really put me at ease when I became overwhelmed or distressed. He was really patient with me and helped prepare me for my court appearance and medical evaluation. It is absolutely ESSENTIAL to hire an attorney whenever the board gets involved with your license. I had an excellent outcome and having Richard as my lawyer was the BEST money I have ever spent. I have my life back and can continue in a career that I love. He has amazing resources on his website showing his expertise and commitment to helping providers protect their professional licenses. They were wonderful to read and review when I became stressed or overwhelmed. I happily recommend Richard Hark for professional licensure issues, he is a legal expert in the field and I am so glad I found him.
I sustained a DUI several months ago and even though I hadn't been charged with it yet I landed in this PHMP monitoring program. I had to go for random drug screens that could be anytime. I am an occupational therapist and don't deal with medications and they were stating that I was a risk to my patients! I was panicking and found Attorney Hark online. He saved my license and got the case dismissed. He is a little pricey but totally worth every sent then the hell they were putting me through! Don't hesitate! Michael A. OT
Attorney Hark is an amazing lawyer, especially for professionals. I had an issue dealing with the PA board of nursing where they threatened to sanction my nursing license. I went to school for 6+ years for my RN and there was no way I wasn’t going to put up a fight and getting a lawyer that has experience with professional licensing was extremely important also. Attorney Hark prepared me for the nursing board investigation and the assessment that came with it. He called me frequently updating me on the case and calmed my nerves when I needed it. Because I am in Pittsburgh and he is in Philly, we FaceTimed, texted, and spoke on the phone for all our appointments. I didn’t need to make a 6 hour trip to Philly ever! He is smart, kind, and is very honest when it comes to your case and will do everything he can to help you. He was worth every penny and when it comes to your livelihood, you would spend anything to keep your license and in good standing. He is the best and I would use him again in a heartbeat but I don’t ever plan on dealing with the horrid board of nursing. Thanks again Mr. Hark, you are indeed the best!
Regards, Kasie K
Mr. Hark did an awesome job with me and my case. He took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I was in the knowing. And the case ended in my favor.

He is professional and prepares you for every part/ step of the process. Keeps you updated on every step of the case so you never worry and always know what's happening. He prepares you for everything! He is the lawyer you need if your job/professional license is at stake! He answer all questions and responds quickly via email or text for any questions you may have. I recommend him highly and would have him as my lawyer again, if needed!
My husband and I accepted a traveling assignment in which went from fun and exciting to quickly accusations were made about our professional practice jeopardizing our nursing licenses. In a panic with our careers on the line, Richard was there for us! He knew exactly what to do and how to approach every step. He is very experienced with the state board and knows the regulations. There were times we were apprehensive in following his lead, but in the end he was always making the right move and had our best interest. He saved our lives! Without him we would be in a very different situation. He is worth every penny we spent! If you need help he is the lawyer to go to! We can’t thank him enough!
Very professional, highly knowledgeable to discuss how it will work out in best of my interest & they will be helping me out all the way. Give you lots of confidence & faith in you to have them as your attorney.
So when I first got reported to the state board of nursing Back in March 2019 from my job with no proper investigation or proof. I was so scared & upset. Then I began to to my research, & I came across the one and only Richard Hark! I gave him a call, & he advise me on what to do. I’m so glad that I did, other wise the state would have definitely gotten over on me! The SBON automatically assumes that your guilty whenever your reported for suspicion of stealing narcotics! & it’s not right. They immediately sent me paperwork in the mail for the PNAP program (rehab) Smh! I tried to comply & did everything that the state asked of me. I did the first evaluation and drug test, & I passed. But they tried to get me for alcohol in my system! Which is Legal! Therefore I was not going to rehab for that! So Richard advise me to not sign anything and await the petition in the mail from the state. Therefore I did just that, I finally got the petition in the mail in October for a final evaluation with the state Dr.in November. Richard and I fought to the death for my Nursing license! He knew everything about the evaluation and how it worked. He Coached me on the proper way to answer the questions, and what to say and what not to say. Richard is very educated and knows the nursing laws and the board like the back of his hands. I couldn’t have passed the evaluation without him! Don’t let the state or the PNAP program get you! It’s a Death Trap! & Cash For Nurses! Fight for your license Nurses! We have plenty of Rights. Know that, & do your research! Also go with Richard Hark! He’s a great lawyer, he listens, always answers the phone when I call.and had my back from day one. He gave me advice over the phone from the first time I called him; which he did not have to do. Also there are No other lawyers that would give you advice over the phone for free! Richard also will work with you, for a good fee agreement, he’s very understanding and a nice guy! Not bad looking either! Lol. Thank You Soo much Richard!
Hark and Hark took my case for a dui I would like to say they are the best not only was my case closed by board of nursing he gave me total piece of mind that to any nurse going through criminal case knows is priceless I can’t say enough about Richard Hark if you have a case pending I can’t stress this enough do yourself a favor and hire him you will be so glad you did
Richard to the rescue! As a nurse who values her reputation and license- I recommend Richard Hark for dealing with issues big and small. A complaint was lodged against me and I received a letter from the BON- Richard helped me through this step by step. I am so thankful for his expertise and cool, calm and collected manner.
Rich is on point, thorough and approachable.
From the beginning Rich notified all parties involved.
He also made sure all my time was accounted for and any time, I had a question Rich call me back.
If I need legal advice or representation I’ll always call Rich Hark.
I was called to meet with a psychiatrist by the nursing boards. Richard coached me and was able to help me organize my thoughts and prepared me for the evaluation. Even though my case was rather complex, it was dismissed and I did not have to appear in front of the boards. I finally have my life back and Richard helped make that happen!
When I received a letter from the NBME for irregular behavior. I was in disarray. As a medical student I didn't have a lot of money and I was almost giving up. There are only a few attorneys in the country that have represented medical students before the USMLE committee. The ones I called were charging exorbitant fees. I came across Mr Harks website and I was surprised by the number of medical professionals he has represented and even more surprised by his ratings. As soon as I contacted him I knew he was the one for me. His price was very reasonable and he was genuinely interested in my case. Even though his office was in Pennsylvania and I came from out of state, he went above and beyond to make me comfortable. I had his personal phone number and I was able to reach him at any time I needed. I highly recommend him without any reservations.
Richard Hark and his team were the turning point with getting me and my family justice. After nearly a decade of commitment to quality practice, an alleged documentation discrepancy quickly jeopardized not only my job but also my license. I spent months trying to make things right while everything was seemingly working against me.
PNAP/VRP programs were my advised means to resolve the turmoil. However, these programs seemed equally confused regarding my situation, but eager to accept me for guilty and dismiss my innocence. They outlined potential sanctions that would cause excessive strain and limit my role as a healthcare professional. I strongly encourage you to read Mr. Hark's blog about these programs.
Luckily, I did and I was able to contact Mr. Hark before their state appointed evaluation took place. To my surprise, he answered the phone directly. I can recall not knowing how to address him, "Hark and Hark", "Mr. Hark", "Richard", so we settled on "Lawyer Please Help Me. " And, that is exactly what he and his team did from that point forward. Not only did we get justice, my license reflects as it should and my job status has remained unchanged! Richard and Jessica were true professionals, while other law firms I have encountered only dug holes deeper and were not nearly as accessible or knowledgeable. They are truly deserving of all 5 stars!
