Family Restaurant Harland's reviews
14American food family restaurant, average prices, great service, friendly atmosphere, delicious!
Im definitively not a picky eater by any means and never review anything, but this is an exception. Ordered food and got our appetizer within 10 minutes. Food didn't come till 45 minutes later (chicken hoagie & panini). Our waitress stopped by at 15 mins in to tell us our food would be right up then went to work closing the salad bar. That was the last we saw of her. Some 35-40 mins later another waitress brought us our sandwiches. Mine was missing lettuce and mayo which are the only things I asked for on it and was charged 35 cents extra for them haha. Both sandwiches were also cold inside. Chicken sub wan blan chicken and cheese. Salad bar was only ok. This place has far to many good reviews beware.
We had the best server ever - even though she was called in at the last minute because the restaurant appeared to be terribly understaffed.she made the experience much better. She was extremely witty and she should definitely win waitress of the year (I wish I got her name - but I recall her saying she had a little boy).
Floors needed attention. Salad bar needed attention. Food was not very hot. Worker cutting up vegetables without gloves on right up front near register.
They had scraple on the menu that helps with the five star rating.
They were open before daylight on a snowy morning. I hope to come back for the Friday fish fry.
Great food, fair prices. Every time we're there it's tough to decide what to get. Menu has too many great items to pick from. Make my life easier and cut your menu in half!
Very Homey Neighborhood Place; comfortable vibe and delicious food.such nice customer service. We will be back next time we're in Wellsboro, Pa. Thanks for a nice start to our day last Sunday.
Had a large party and staff was very accommodating and pleasant even with no reservations.
The hamburgers are good. They went up a little in price since I was hear last but that's ok. Waitress was a pleasure as always.
Terrific coffee, great breakfast, fun, friendly staff, love this place! We were in town for a few days enjoying the fall scenery. I want to go back and try their homemade pies!
While the food was decent, and without going into too many details, our group was left with the strong and lasting impression that this place wasn't very welcoming to the out of town, culturally diverse crowd. To put it euphemistically.
We ate here on our way to and from a nearby location and were left with the same sense both times. Lesson learned.
This spot was a random pick for my family and I but boy am I glad we choose it! The food was so delicious and fresh. We ALL enjoyed our meals and would 100% recommend this gem! Very "homey" feel and friendly staff, and for the quality of food the price was SPOT ON. My family is a diverse bunch and felt very welcomed. Give them a try for yourself! (we only tried breakfast foods; should we ever be in that area again we will stop in for lunch/dinner!)
A great place to visit while in Wellsboro The Waitresses there are phenomenal they are awesome ladies who have been there for a while and the food is tremendously delicious
A lot of tables were all sat at once, so the food took a while to come out. The servers were very friendly, especially considering how busy they were. The blueberry pancakes were HUGE and delicious. I had the sausage patties and eggs. My friends had breakfast sandwiches on biscuits. They said the biscuits were very good.
