From Melody in the office to Eli with his on-site crew, it was such a pleasant and easy experience! And having the option of set up, tear down, and rental of the beautiful tablecloths from this company was a huge help! We would rent from them again in a heartbeat!

Doug was amazing to work with and the guys who set up and took everything down were quick and professional. Highly recommend using them for all of your party needs!
We all want to do business and spend money in the right place & especially with the right people running that place. Harleysville Party Rental is in fact THAT PLACE! Melody answered the phone and quickly got me going in the right direction while educating me on what was the best way to handle the items I needed to order. Showed up the day before our event, BOOM had my name and order right at her fingertips. Pulled around to the overhead doors and BOOM dudes running incredibly organized warehouse got my truck loaded up in minutes and completely secure. Tables were heavy duty and chairs clean and comfortable for rentals. Tent was a snap to put up and also of great quality. Everyone at the party that asked where the great tent and items came from surely got their (and my positive opinion) from me. Know where I’m going next event for sure. Thanks for helping our party to be a hit!

Called in for 6 tables and 32 chairs, (small order) and the gentlemen who I spoke to on the phone, was so well mannered, so helpful and genuine! Very helpful! Next weekend drop off, and based on the phone call… I know I’ll be satisfied
