Harmony Dental Health, Fort Washington PA

Unfortunately the front desk staff seems to be a challenge for this office. I have been coming here for several years and Maryann would talk too much, she would share things with patients that were not appropriate. Now Amy is to over the top and gives medical advice every time I visit or shares dental advice that really is not her place. Lauren is cold hearted and rude. She basically called me a liar when I told her what I had done in the office, scanning through my history repeating to me that "the information inst on my chart". Low and behold she was reviewing the wrong year. Rather apologize for basically telling me I dont know my own history, she swiftly moved on to find something else ruse to say. She interrupts me off when i am trying to gather information about my billing concerns and she is short when I have questions or need help. She seems experienced but unhappy and lacks a significant amount of customer service skills. The actual medical staff as far as the doc, other hygienist and Sam are amazing but the front desk people make me not want to continue my relationship with the office.

It was my first visit from the very beginning I was greeted with a smile and a enthusiasm for the office manager, the hygienist was thorough and friendly and the doctor was friendly thorough kind and nice. What a great place. I'll be back

Without question or hesitation, make the appointment! I reached out to Harmony for an emergency visit after a long tireless night of tooth pain! I recently moved to the area and hadn’t yet secured a new dentist but I was desperate. I took a plunge simply because their office was the first to open that morning. They squeezed me, a new patient, in their busy schedule and I was there an hour after they opened. The office was relaxing, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the doctor was impressive beyond belief. I have never met a dentist that was so intrinsically invested in the absolute best solution for me as an individual. She spent 45 minutes trying to determine the root cause of my tooth pain, considering and weighing out the options with me. When it was time for the novicane, the hygienist administered the medicine needle better than ANYONE I have ever experienced! She was down to earth, and an absolute professional- I didn’t feel the needle AT ALL! Once I was numb, I finally felt my body at rest and after zero sleep the night before, I could barely keep my eyes open! The doctor came in, laid a blanket on me and dimmed the lights. Talk about empathizing with their patient! This office went above and beyond to help me find relief and it all came so natural to them! Thank you all for such a pleasant experience after a long painful night! So happy I found you! I will certainly be back!
