Delicious ice. There are many flavors to choose from, but they all tend to be sweet. There is also ice cream. You can also buy a pint to take home.

Even on a cold wintery night this ice cream was the bomb. All I know is that the favor had caramel and an apple swirl and it took me to my summer happy place - no joke.

Hands down the best ice cream I’ve ever had. Ratio of filling to ice cream is perfect. The cakes are fresh! It’s dangerous to have this place on the block!

Going to an ice cream shop should be a delicious experience, not full of painful agony. There aren't a lot of flavor options in general, and even then several were empty!

The service is slow and awful. We came in and there was only one family in front of us, but it took over 20 minutes for the server to do their order - and it's not like she was friendly about it anyway. She didn't even acknowledge that we were there and waiting for that entire time.

Yoooo their ice cream is sooo good likee cmonnnn! I got Movie Night II which is buttered popcorn ice cream with butterfinger pieces and chocolate caramel swirl plus oreos as my topping and it was huge cookie pieces! Must go there! Like right neowwwww!

Harper's is my favorite Philly ice cream spot. They make all their flavors in-house, and all their flavors are good. I love flavors with lots of stuff mixed into it, and they sure mix in a lot of stuff. The prices are reasonable (probably some of the lowest you will pay for homemade, locally-sourced ice cream in Philly), and the staff are always very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic homemade ice cream, including many ingredients. If something looks tempting, be sure to get it as they rotate flavors. SUPER reasonable prices especially compared to the Beaches. Love it!

Very good ice cream. My husband was obsessed with the fruity pebbles ice cream. I thought the toffee ice cream was good tok but needed more chunks in it

So happy they have a scoop shop! Loved their pints at Rye Bread. They are plentiful with the chunks and goodies in their flavors. I’d say top 3 best ice cream places in Philly. Welcome to the neighborhood

Looked at the flavors online and was stoked but what I got (strawberry cheesecake w chocolate sauce) was super bland - nary a hint of strawberry and no cheecake bites?

This ice cream is sooooo good and all the ingredients are local and made from scratch! Love having this shop in my neighborhood.
