Harrisburg International Airport, Middletown PA

I'd give zero if I could. The staff at the convenience station at the B gate was absolutely horrible and rude. She should probably consider a different career instead of CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL NEVER FLY OUT OF THIS AIRPORT AGAIN.

Um.ive traveled a lot in my life both local and international. This is the first time ever i had a groin search. Thats right, rolled both the marbles around. Was quite weird.

A very small but clean airport with clear signs and helpful employees. Comfortable seating but no charging stations and only a few plugs, so if you are delayed and need to work, very few options to keep electronics running

Wonderful little airport. No crowds. No hassle. Great/speedy bus service from long-term parking.
I don't fly much, but my one complaint is that the airport doesn't have direct flights to enough cities. (For example: I've used the direct flight to Boston a couple times. Would love to see a direct flight to Albany so I don't have to drive to BWI for that.)

Ordere a chicken wrap. Finally found a couple of pieces hiding in the lettuce. Told the waiter. He walked off.hahaha

Always an easy airport to get in and out.
No reason to travel to BWI or PHL with easy connections to save time and effort to get.wherever.

Very easy to get to from Lititz and very good signage for parking and everything thing inside easy to read. 1 exception was the fact a lot of people weren't wearing a Mask, including employees and signs everywhere stating that you must wear a Mask

Some new construction on the roads around the airport but still easy to get to and fly to/from. Will be extra nice when the construction is complete.

This airport is small but well thought out with amazing staff and delicious locations to eat. I highly recommend flying in or put of here.

For the first time in 59 years in flying I was patted down, cause the screen said I had something on me, which I did not. The officer looked at me after checking me over when I said "I only have myself in these jeans. Other than that it was real nice.

A breeze to return a rental car. The air was not on at security checkpoint everyone was sweating. But the line moved.

I always use this airport when flying home. It's a small airport and easy to get around. I would recommend flying in/out of this airport.

Lovely warm, friendly, helpful personnel. Best airport I have been through so far.both domestic and internationally.

I travel out this airport twice a month for work purposes and its so convenient for direct flights to Chicago. You don't even need TSA Precheck because there is never along wait.
