Office charges rent and security deposit, which is fine, then they have you pay a utility allowance to move in too, your supposed to get a allowance not pay one, someone needs to report this place

The store is ok. They have most items needed. Go during daylight hours. Not the safest place to be in Harrisburg!

I would not recommend anyone living there. Really nasty and no upkeep done on the place.
