Rented apartment from them for two years and I have never had a problem with them. Whenever something needed to be fixed they responded quickly.

If you aren't rich, don't bother with these people. I applied for a place that was over $500 LESS than the rent I'm currently paying, provided bank statements proving on time rent payments for the last two YEARS. They took my application money and then denied me instantly stating "I can't afford the place I applied for". Because I don't make 3.5x the rent. They also did NOT state that was a requirement before applying. They only stated co signers had to make 5x rent to qualify as co signer. I have a 761 credit score and zero collections. Oh well. They lost out on a quiet, long-term, paying tenant.

So lets set the record straight and I don't wanna hear about any policy. It's people out here including myself that is looking for an apartment but instead of me applying like a regular person yall want to be judging people for not having a great credit score and yall places that don't even be worth the hassle. And yall wonder why it's so many people that's homeless right now because property management like yall wants to turn people down in a heart beat just for not having a good credit score and yall should be ashamed.

I completed an application and was approved with Duo security deposit and month's rent before moving on both applications I stated that I had a prior eviction the very next day I was called and told because of my eviction I had prior I was not able to get the apartment. And my money would be sent back to me in 3 to 5 business days.

My son has always been afraid of dentists, but he is delighted with the dental clinic of Dr. Nana Odoom. My children always look forward to visiting here. Because they are interested in the children's room, watching a cartoon during the procedures, getting a prize after the treatment and just chatting with the wonderful staff.

Silly excuse for a property management company. Don’t rely on them to get back to you after you call or if they make promises.

This place is incompetent. Always give maintenance the wrong key when they have to come in and do something every couple weeks. At this point it’s just harassment. No reason they have to do inspections and air conditioning checks every two weeks. Can’t wait to move out of here and sign somewhere that’s not this management company.

Staff is rude and won’t do their job. I have asked multiple times before to have them get me an exterminator, and they never did. I will never be renting here again. I lost half my deposit because they think I owe them money. I lived in this apartment years ago and everything is still the same. Disgusting. That apartment was horrible and ruined from the day I looked at it. I deserve that entire deposit but they only gave me half. Never again will I trust Harrisburg Property Management. I’m so disappointed.

No good. Contacted and was denied. My credit is a 733 and my spouse and I were denied for credit. I feel for the people who really need a place in Harrisburg and have worse situations on their records then mine. Everybody wanna be so picky because those interest rates are high. Thank you though for reminding me why I don't want to deal with landlords. I will buy my own home soon as these interest rates go down. No Bueno. Then, charging all these fees. Its ridiculous.

We had a fantastic experience with them. They managed our rental for 4 years and handled the sale of a rental. Cameron was fantastic in helping us with the sale. I would highly recommend them and would personally use them in the future.

Takes your rent money and maintains whatever quality the apartment was in when you moved in. When I moved into the building, i had concerns, and when I moved out, I still had them.

I've worked with them for a number of years in a role as tenant, vendor and property owner. They are professional and knowledgeable. The communication is very quick with responses. I know they work hard in a difficult role to make sure everyone is satisfied.

I do not recommend them to anyone. They are the worst as an agency. Very irresponsible. They make you fill out an application and pay for it and then they deny you the house and they steal your money
