Transaction done completely online from home 521 miles away Ft. Bragg NC. Flight, hotel, Lyft ride, gas for ride home was only $584. Cheaper/more reliable than shipping for $1100. The staff are the greatest. They made us feel at ease and took good car of us. They made everything so easy and fun. They even came in on their day off so we could get are new car. I was on my way to look at another truck when I found this on the internet so I stopped there first and I am glad I did it had to have been the best experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. I met three people and they were possibly three of the nicest people I’d ever met very helpful very upfront about the sale and super easy to work with especially Al he really knew what he was doing and was working on two other sales the same time as me and got it all taken care of. I purchased many cars in my lifetime, but this has to be the best experience. You just never know what to expect from a small dealership out of state, but AJ and the Harrison Auto Sales team handled it better than most large manufacture owned dealerships. In fact, they gave me the personal approach that has been long lost at the large dealerships where you're just a number. They won't try any underhanded sales gimmicks to get into things you don't need like paint protection, clear bras, high interest financing or stupid fees on top of the sale price. The whole process was smooth and transparent. Purchasing out-of-state can be a scary process, but they walked me through the whole process. AJ even set me up with Bob Moran from Ship-A-Car, Inc and they got me the car the same week of the purchase. Carvana can't even touch that! I could go on and on, but just know you're in good hands with Harrison Auto.
