HARTZ Physical Therapy - Mount Joy

I had to go through 8 weeks of physical therapy after having my knee replaced. The staff at Hartz listened to my concerns. Overall, I had a great experience with Garrett and Amy.

I had knee replacement surgery and went to Hartz in Mount Joy for physical therapy. I definitely made the right decision going here. Garrett and Amy are a great team. They worked with me to get me back on my feet in a hurry. I would recommend Hartz to anybody who needs PT.

I have been very pleased with Hartz physical therapy in Mount Joy.
All of the Physical Therapist (Garrett, Amy, Krystal and Jackie) have been positive and very helpful with my personal recovery journey.
The people at the front desk area are also pleasant and treat me like an individual. I also appreciate the ability to easily call in and adjust appointments if needed or talk to someone.
Lastly, the variety of equipment available to use is very helpful and realistic in my recovery.
I’m very glad I switched to Hartz!

I absolutely love Hartz in Mount Joy! They are truly my favorite place for PT in Lancaster County! I worked with Liz and team which included PTAs, Holly and Amy. I love the way that Liz problem solved my different issues that occurred due to a fall. She never discounted any concern or question that I had. I also loved that during every session, there was hands-on work by either Liz, Holly, or Amy. And, that was so essential to my recovery! It was also such a pleasant and fun atmosphere to be in! Also, I have never gone to a physical therapy location where the PTAs were so knowledgeable and skilled! I have been recommending them to friends, and I will continue to do so!

Very professional and friendly therapists, the environment of the team is harmonious, everybody show the enthusiasm for what they are doing. I'm very lucky that I choose this place for my ankle sprain. Crystal is my main PT, she and the others are great.

I’ve been to quite a few PT offices in Lancaster over the years, but, Hartz Physical Therapy in Mount Joy is by far the best one!
Garrett and staff are very kind and knowledgeable. You will get individualized care and training specific to your problem for therapy both in their office and also at home.
The location of the office is also very convenient and within a few miles of my home.
I am very impressed with every aspect of this practice and that is why they get a 5 star rating.

Liz has provided me a service difficult to find. She has helped me in my recovery from Prostate cancer surgery. There are very few professionals with pelvic rehab knowledge. Her kind professional care has helped me greatly!

Not only did the therapy work as I’d hoped it would, but the team and I had fun during it. The team was professional and good at its job, but they also injected humor into the sessions. Aside from tiring me out each session, I had a good time working with this team.

I met with Dr. Garrett a for a few weeks earlier this year and it was an amazing experience! The entire staff is very friendly and truly work with you to make sure you recover. The app they use to communicate with patients off hours is also efficient and easy to use. I couldn't recommend this place enough
