4 Nice and quite fresh community!
The construction is still in progress so houses on the developing edges may face a tad more noise and dust. Other than that this is among the nicest new constructions we found around Pittsburgh.

New builds come with issues. The team is quick to resolve them. Always friendly and professional.
Neighborhood has brought too much traffic to the area that cannot sustain more cars. Was the major reason for a road to be closed for over a year. Built on former institution grounds, with no mention of the history that once stood there or respect to the area and the people who suffered there. Basically the people living there are existing on haunted grounds in bland cookie cutter structures. Tore down already function infrastructure and beautiful old buildings to build over priced, shoddy and grey new builds that are so close together that you could hear your neighbors snore next door. Truly they squeezed as many houses as they could on this plot of artificially-flattened land. Bizarre neighborhood set up with giant empty swaths of green space without any trees. Soulless and not designed with aesthetics. This neighborhood was designed with greed and solely profit in mind. As someone who values this area and maintaining the natural beauty of the neighborhood, this housing plan is the antithesis of a welcome addition to the area.
