Hatboro Lumber

Well when the lumber was delivered in poor condition but my husband worked with it. Now, a entry door has several tiny dents and I can't get them to return an email. I need a new door ordered. If they would have inspected it as promised they would have seen this.

She took the time to make sure I had the right amount for my project and was able to schedule delivery around my hectic schedule. In today's world of phone automation it was an absolute pleasure speaking with her instead of pressing buttons to get to a real person. I hope her supervisor reads this and gives her a raise. She really represents the meaning of customer service. I will definitely be placing more orders in the future because of her.
