I really love the doctors here and that is the only reason I have stayed so far but that is likely about to change. My child has been coming there for over 9 years. They used to be amazing there. It is still easy to set up an appointment and they typically can get sick visits in the same day. It is the whole getting in for the appointment that is an issue. Once you set the appointment you get a text to confirm which is good. Most places do that. It's what comes next. You get a text that you need to check in online. You have forms to complete. Then you get a call before the appointment to do the intake. You get a text before the appointment to tell them you are in the parking lot. Yes, that is correct. No waiting rooms anymore. They state infection and security concerns as the reasoning. It is right in the forms you complete online to check in. What security concerns should we be worried about? There used to be a well and a sick side for waiting rooms. You get called in once they are ready for you and then you repeat it all back to the nurse and doctor that see you. You are legit providing the same info several times. Not efficient by any means. This is really impractical when one parent is taking the child but the other is the person getting the texts. I wasn't the parent bringing our child in for the appointment so I had to wait for them to tell me they were in the parking lot so I could text "here" back to the office and then had to alert the other parent they were ready. BRING BACK THE WAITING AREA AND STOP MAKING US REPEAT THE SAME INFO 3X PLUS. I was told they have no intent on changing this system or using waiting rooms again. It's such a hassle getting in we may be switching. It sucks because the doctors are actually great.

I was really upset about my experience at this pediatric doctor. I had my first child and live in the hatboro area, heard nothing but great things about them. Their billing department is absolutely rude and could care less about anything you have to say. "I've done this for over 20 years and I know how this works" I had to cancel my daughter's appointment due to waiting for her insurance cards to come in the mail and become active. I was given nothing but attitudes over the phone and told that I have to wait for her to be seen and "it's not like I'm missing anything important because shes not getting shots". I explained that I needed her to be seen due to an issue with formula and her vommiting. I feel like this practice treats you like a number and not a person. I called another practice and they seen her the same day due to my concerns. I feel sorry for anyone that goes here.

Couldn’t be more satisfied as a first time parent. Wish I could be a patient myself! Super impressive and user friendly check ins and info sharing and the staff goes above and beyond to support clients. Flawless!

We have been going to Hatboro Pediatrics for almost seven years. I have two children who have been patients since birth. Dr. Jennifer Coren, an exceptional doctor and human being, has developed, shaped, and grown this practice into what I consider the gold standard for pediatrics. There is ease and efficiency with making appointments. The front desk is professional and friendly. We have always been seen same day. I have called the after hours number to receive help and instruction in times of need or anxiety about my child's condition. We've seen just about every doctor and nurse practitioner here. Each provider cares, listens, answers questions, gives a diagnosis, and an action plan. Parents can leave feeling confident that their child received the best care. Also, when there was an issue that needed a specialist, Hatboro Pediatrics was right every time once we followed through on the recommendation (not that I ever doubted! They are just wonderful at getting ahead of certain problems). I know I am receiving sound advice when I'm there. The providers spend time with patients and make sure all issues are covered. The practice keeps up-to-date with the latest medical research and recommendations. There is transparency and excellent communication. Providers have a wealth of information. The medical assistants and nurses are fantastic. It is a child-friendly, patient-centered practice. I can't say enough!

Be careful when you go and who you see. The nurse practitioner has done nothing for our kids who are obviously sick. I am used to being heard and having a conversation but that was CHOP. Not the same here. Our youngest (1) was throwing up non stop and we were dismissed. This is the problem with these practices, they don’t listen or help with the actual problem because they are too busy dismissing clients and listening to themselves talk. My hope is that our experiences improve but after 3 bad consecutive visits…

My daughter started going to Hatboro Pediatrics as a newborn and now she is just over a year, we have seen multiple doctors there over the year and we have loved every single one of them. Doctor Allie is absolutely amazing, and every time we see her she is so smiley and happy.

We were set to go to another pediatrician, however we all got COVID the week our baby l was born and they weren’t willing to let us or baby to be seen in the days after leaving the hospital. We are so thankful we decided to go with Hatboro Pediatrics. They made an appointment that day and let us be seen. They were so kind to my husband who had to go to the appt alone since I was symptomatic and was on speaker phone for the appointment and he just came off isolation. Since they have been so receptive to any questions or concerns that have come up. You do not feel rushed in your appointment and are able to have a true conversation about any concerns or progress, which is so helpful as first time parents who had a complicated pregnancy. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait, but I am perfectly ok with that since I know we get that time devoted to us when it is our turn and that we are waiting because other families are getting that too. The rooms are clean and decorated nicely to engage kiddos. Every staff member we have met are so kind and friendly. Recommend this practice 100%.

I would recommend Hatboro Pediatrics to anyone who is looking for a pediatrician. Both of my kids are seen in this practice and I like them a lot.

We have been coming to Hatboro Pediatrics for over 8 years and I can’t imagine a better practice for our 4 children. Everyone from the front desk staff, billing department, techs, NPs, and physicians are all so wonderful and caring. We have gotten same-day sick appointments with no issue and feel the exams and follow up are always very thorough. I constantly recommend Hatboro Peds to other parents in the community looking for phenomenal care!

The staff is super nice! They make sure all your information is correct. Just all around a clean environment. Glad I choose this practice for my daughter.

It's a quick well oiled machine over there. They've thought of everything and are always open to suggestions too. They have grown over the last ten years and I feel as though it's been for the better in most areas.

Hatboro pediatrics was recommended to us by our neighbors and we love it so much! Whenever we call and have a concern they get back to us right away! They are so tentative towards your child when you are in there and listen and answer all your questions! Truly the best!

We saw the doctor for a cough and the staff was so nice and caring. The doctor took great care of my little one and also entertained my other daughters for a late evening sick visit.

We have been using Hatboro pediatric since we moved to the area in 2010. Coming from the city where my kids went to the same pediatrician as I did as a kid and finding a place were we felt comfortable was a God send. All of the Drs are amazing and truly has made the experience a great one.

Everyone is amazing. Simply amazing. Always can fit us in for sick visits. Always professional. And top notch healthcare. Couldn’t have asked for a better practice for my 3 kids!

Everyone at Hatboro Pediatrics are awesome. Friendly, helpful and polite staff. Doctors take their time to make kids feel safe and happy. My 2 children have been going here since they were born (9 yr old daughter and 5 year old son). I moved away 4 years ago however commute the hour drive to see my favorite pediatricians. Thank you Hatboro Pediatrics for all you do. I really do appreciate all of you!

I absolutely love Hatboro Pediatrics. All of staff members are so nice and polite. All Drs and nurses are very friendly, super nice, patient, and take best care of my kids. They are AWESOME!
