This restaurant can't even deliver orders correctly and acts like they can't even put one foot in front of the other when GrubHub messes up and I'm waiting for my food. I had sympathy for them the first time but they need to fix their obviously glitched GrubHub setup or just not do it at all.

One of the only few places open 24-7, extremely beneficial to those who work those midnight shifts, medical field, construction, etc.
Living here for the last 2 years this place has never missed in terms of ordering food, customer service, and cleanliness.
Only downside is being that it is midnight, unruly drunken people can sometimes make their way into the restaurant leaving the workers having to battle that on top of making orders which they do phenomenally well in already. But 10/10 none the less!

AWESOME spot if you out past 2am and need good comfort food. Crispy, fresh, not greasy - COME HERE?

Sighs.hatch and coop came highly recommended by a friend so I slid thru late night.the ordering process was fast and easy via kiosk.so, the problem arose while I was waiting for my food.see the attached photo.mr cockroach decided to come out for a casual stroll right by my feet.baed on his boldness, he has clearly done this before.needless to say, I will NOT be going back.oh, almost forgot, food was just average.chicken sandwich was not as hot as I thought it should have been coming directly out of the fryer and it was a little tough and stringy. The tots were okay but not as crispy as they should have been. Fried pickles were tasty but the portion was far too small for the price. Again, I will not be returning.

Wow this place is amazing. I work third shift and it’s so nice to have a 24hour place that has quality food at all hours

Decent chicken. 6/10. Will say tho, whoever priced out the sandwiches is likely a bit optimistic. Can get much better sandwiches for a lot less.

We came here from Atlanta to visit because of the reviews. Such a horrible experience from the moment we walked in the door. No greeting, the cook was extremely disrespectful. Ordered a Chicken Sandwich w/waffles and Honey Chicken Sandwich w/Carmelized Onions from the kiosk menu. What I received was a tiny dry Chicken Sandwich with honey and butter only.

I went back to the counter and told him there were no onions on the sandwich. He stated this doesn't come with Caramelized Onions. Clearly the menu stated it came with them and when I tried to show him he dismissed, began to argue with me turned his back and proceeded to use his cell phone!

I asked for a refund and he called the Manager who didn't speak with me to try and rectify the situation only listened to the cook and told him to tell me I would be issued a refund in 24 hours! No receipt provided to show proof of return! Extremely unprofessional and rude!

Do yourself a favor and spend the $27 bucks at Chic Fil-A.

This place has some of the best service in its area the staff are very welcoming and the food is amazing I can’t believe it’s open 24hrs I’m definitely coming back

We still lament the passing of Jake's Sandwich Board, which H&C was in a past, more porky life. But the chicken is good and the sides are serviceable. I look forward to visiting for breakfast soon, which shows promise.

Save yourself time and money by going anywhere else, even McDonalds.

Fries are soggy and lukewarm. Sandwiches lack any resemblance to what’s advertised. If ordering through a delivery app - becomes overpriced real quick too.

First and last time ordering from here.

Subpar experience.you'd do much better at chik-fil-a.better food and better value.its center city, i get it, but it just wasnt a good experience at all.food was lukewarm and not tasty at all.i cant recommend hatch & coop.

Came in to grab a bite with my brother and friend and was greeted pleasantly. The owner the establishment was this very sweet Jamaican man. They took their time making the food but they weren’t slow either. The food was cooked to perfection. They made sure to ask how we liked the food and one of the workers even made pleasant jokes. We were dying. The atmosphere made me feel right at home. Highly recommend for a quick bite or even a place to chill and hang with friends. There wasn’t one issue I had with this place at all.

I ordered my food at 10 am for a 1 pm pick up and I still had to wait damn near 25 minutes for my food after my pick up time. I ordered a brownie and was given two frozen brownies. Already the worker was by himself I respect him because he didn’t have any help but still.

This restaurant refuses cash, which is in violation of the city’s cashless retail prohibition. Is it too much to ask this business to simply follow the law? This restaurant needs to abandon their illegal, classist policy and serve all residents of the city.

My partner and I were looking for a good place to grab something quick before an event. I suggested H&C after seeing them on my feed. They do not disappoint.
Two sandwiches, tots, and pickles later and we were both singing some praises. Staff was very friendly and lively bunch.

Food was great, service was great, made fresh to order and came out fast, reasonably priced, shop was nice and clean, employees were great especially The Rastafari man He was extremely helpful and welcoming. Just because of him I’d come back again.

Ordered a chicken sandwich at 8 am. I got exactly that. The place was clean. The cook was nice. In a word: pleasant.

I stumbled across this place online. I ordered 2 steak and egg sandwiches with fried pickles and tater tots. You have to choose how you'd like your egg prepared. I wanted both scrambled with cheese. I'm sure the sandwich would have been perfect had my egg not been FRIED.completely ruined the sandwich with that runny middle. Disappointed, but i MAY try again.
