People are always friendly in office staff and dr are very helpful and willing g to go the extra mile. I definitely would recommend their service.

Excellent doctor. He takes great care of my mother. He was my doctor for nearly the first twenty years of my life. I do miss him.

Dr. Jaffee is old school in his approach. But he cares about his patients. He is knowledgeable, and runs the office. The administration has alot to be desired. Lacking communication, paper files, no follow up. Poor attitude! Gail is a exception! Thanks Gail for your long service.

I have been looking for a new family Dr as mine retired. I have read the comments regarding the ladies at the front desk being rude, etc. I read the comments where they say Dr. Jaffe is a great dr. I must say that I agree with the comments in regards to the Dr. Being great! However I must disagree with the comments regarding the office staff. I can see how it can get busy at times.
(The phone rang at least 10 x while I was waiting). I was approached with nothing but respect and I felt comfortable the moment I received forms to fill out as a new patient. Everyone is entitled to a bad day. I didn’t experience any rudeness or brush off. I was completely happy with my visit. The nurse who took me back was very professional as well. I left feeling that the staff and Dr. Cared about my needs. If you need to change or are looking for a new family Dr. Dr Jaffe is the place to be. Just my opinion. Thank you and stay safe!

Fantastic doctor. He's been my doctor for over 40 years. Dr. Jaffee took very good care of me. I dearly miss him. He nice, compassionate, and when your being jerked around, like at work, he's ready to stand up for you. I just don't like his staff. They jerk you around and act like they're the doctor. Other than that, strong recommendations.

The receptionist woman is super mean both on the phone and in person. Doesn’t acknowledge patient upon arrival. Time to replace her

Good doctor. However, the one receptionist lady (glasses, older) is just terrible. Treats people really nasty. Can’t even ask a question without feeling attacked.

I am a new patient at the medical office and really think that Dr. Jaffe is a great doctor but was treated very rudely and unprofessional by Lydia a receptionist that is working there. 8 don't know if she was having a bad day or if it's just her demeanor but if you can't be respectful and have patience you shouldn't work with the public. I was nothing but nice and respectful discussing a professional matter and was not taken serious in the matter. I would not suggest this office to anyone unless they upgrade their receptionist, very unprofessional and Very rude.
