I have been filling my tank for years here. Always been a nice experience. I came in today and came to the women behind counter. (I was Wearing a dress n heels as I was out on other busuness). I came in was asked to go around back as usual. I did opened my hatch and the lady stood there for a bit then got tank out and then continued to grumble how they are not suppose to move anytime out of vehicle. I explained I had been there for years n never had an issue nor had anyone said this to me before.she pointed to the sign that does say they cannot put anything into the vehicle.as she was grabbing her side like she hurt herself. I explained it was typically a nice fun experience until my experience today. I had no problem putting the tank in my car and requested she put it near my car and ill slide it in. She just looked at me. So my visit today for helium was kinda deflated by this Shelly's under- inflated (pardon the pun). Sense Customer servic Ethics. Please get a better person to represent your company. She doesn't represent your company very well at all.after I was visually not happy. She kept saying oh I'm new. When I asked her name and proceeded to explain I would be contacting someone in the company. I'm not sure at what point the customer is suppose to take over the tank.the sign doesn't state that only that they cannot put in vehicle. Perhaps that needs to be more clear and not have things in front of the sign. As it was blocked in part today. Its also inside the building. I'd have never seen it b4 bc the guys were kind enough to bring outside. Get rid of her.she is just plain rude.
