10I've called and left messages 3 different times. Also 2 emails and not one response. I've called during there business hours and I understand that people are busy, but to not get back to someone. It's been 2 months.
Hawg Tech has provided excellent service for my Harley. Very knowledgeable, friendly and awesome customer service. I won't go anywhere else, especially for the price. He is a one-person shop and gets backed up on occasion. I've only had issues with not returning calls within a couple days – but again.he's busy because he does a great job.
Craig was great very helpful and smart with what he does. Won’t go anywhere else, he for sure has my business and now my family’s also. Answered all my questions and walked me through my own projects at the house. Very good prices. -Zach spade
Craig is very knowledgable, honest and patient to answer all my questions. So many places overcharge or do work that didn’t really need to be done. I know if he does something it needed to be done and He is not over priced for the quality work he does. Like dealing with a person and not a business.

Took my bike to craig for primary noise issues.craig found the problems and repaired the bike very fast.he is great to deal with and is a very professional mechanic.living in delaware it is a 2 hour ride to craigs shop from home, but it is worth the time knowing that your issues will be repaired by some one that is a mechanic not some clown that works at the dealerships we currently have here in delaware.many thanks to craig.glen bell
