After surgery left me with limited mobility in both arms, Chris Hayes was highly recommended to me at an orthopedic consultation. Not only did Chris work to restore my range of motion, she stepped back and looked at the big picture of the physical me. Having previously had multiple surgeries and continuing health issues - damaged nerves and muscles, scar tissue, osteoporosis and poor posture were all factors to consider in treatment. Combining myofascial release, active release, stretching, strengthening exercises and more, Chris basically put me back together. I was released from care with good range of motion in both arms, improved posture and an at-home plan to keep me pain-free and fully mobile.

A little over a year later, knee pain sent me limping back to Hayes PT and Chris. I live in a mecca of good PT practices but there was no question that I would drive the half hour to see Chris. And, it was worth every hour on the road! Her diagnostic skills are thorough and insightful. She constantly assesses and adjusts based on results. At Hayes PT, care is truly personalized. Chris quickly confirmed that my issue wasn’t my knee, the problem was my hip. Within a few weeks, I was back to running up and down stairs without even a tinge and that lower back pain I was ignoring was gone, too. I was recently discharged knowing exactly what I need to do to not only hold ground but also to continue growing stronger.

Once assigned to a therapist there is a thouogh review of the physical problem and then a plan is put in place. Ryan is attentive, thoughtful and diligent. He monitors every aspect of the treatment. One could not have a better experience.

Going into physical therapy with Hayes PT I wasn't sure how Chris was going to help me with the unusual issue created from radiation BUT with many weeks of PT twice a week I am now pain free and can move around and do anything with no limitations. Chris, I am grateful that my GP recommended you and you truly turned this situation around for me.

After suffering for several months with debilating pain in my right hip due to bursitis, my sports medicine doctor referred me to Hayes Physical Therapy. Iain Carey completed my initial assessment in mid October, and I began seeing him twice a week for physical therapy. As I progressed, I began to notice that I was getting stronger and my pain was diminishing. Iain also recommended the Neubie, which was a game changer. I’m happy to say that I completed my final physical therapy session tonight, and I am pain free!

I have been a patient of Christine since 2017 for 3 separate issues. I am ready to return for my fourth issue! Just one review won't do justice to what a great place this is. I've been there to fix old
nagging injuries and currently for my ruptured achilles tendon. The Neubie and laser technology are great. All the therapists and their assistants are super detailed and knowledgeable, the office folks are friendly and thorough. Just a great personalized experience top to bottom.

I can’t say enough good things about Hayes. I had been struggling with lower back pain for months. Hayes was recommended to me and I finally went. Tyler Hastings quickly diagnosed my problem and build a custom stretching plan adjusting many component to my symptoms. The whole team was amazingly positive and supportive and my back is doing much better. I have had physical therapy a few times for different problems and Tyler was the best therapist I have ever worked with.

I’m a Cancer Survivor coping with issues associated with a bilateral Mastectomy.
I have had limited and painful range of motion for several years.
I’m working with Christine utilizing traditional therapy along with the Neubie/NeuFit device.
(Neuro Biological Electrical Stimulation)
We are also working on Core Strengthening
as well as balance because of Peripheral Neuropathy.
I can’t believe how much better I’m feeling after a few weeks. For the first time I am Hopeful that with the care I’m receiving I will regain strength and comfort.

It’s not my first rodeo at Hayes PT! A recent injury put me back in touch with Chris Hayes…yet again, the experience has been top notch. From day one evaluation to ongoing treatment, Chris has been incredible. She’s the best in the field leveraging traditional PT with a new tech twist. My treatment now includes weekly Neubie by Neufit therapy. Chris genuinely cares about each patient and is constantly bringing new ideas to the table for healing. I came to Hayes PT a few months ago In significant pain with limited use of my right hip and leg. Ryan Strain has done an outstanding job of diagnosing my injury and developing a proactive recovery plan. Through a combination of hands on soft tissue work, dynamic and passive stretches, and resistance exercises I have seen tremendous improvement. While not 100% yet, I am pain free and have been able to resume most of my normal activities. I’m confident that working with Ryan I will be back to 100% soon.
