Haywood's On the Green, Mill Hall PA

A wonderful, down home kinda place. Great group of ladies having a Christmas party at the next table. Great Reuben sandwich! Onion rings, fried dill pickles! Cheese curds! Philly cheese steak Stromboli! And liquid refreshment.

This is a country club. The atmosphere is relaxed, and it is usually filled with locals. You will need at least an hour to eat here but it's a great place to meet with family and friends to catch up because you won't feel like the waitress is trying to rush you. It's a good place to eat before or after Christmas shopping or catching a play at the Millbrook Playhouse. It's also great after a round of golf. The menu is large and includes lunch specials and full dinners as well as a large selection of appetizers and wings. It's one of my favorite spots to eat.

Food was mediocre at best. Service was great. The quality of food here in my opinion has declined.

Always a great place to eat, varsity portions are huge. If you're hungry and want good food, friendly service in a great atmosphere go here!

I got a side of Mac and cheese and it was literally just dry pasta and some melted cheddar jack on top. Got chicken tenders another time and they were the driest things I’ve ever eaten. The only good thing about this place is the peanut butter pie.

Also, karaoke is rigged

Stopped here for lunch yesterday. It was packed but we were served quickly. The chili bread bowl was delicious and much larger than I assumed it would be since it's on the lunch menu and fairly cheap.

Had family in from N. J, restaurant was to cold (we ask about temp, got a shrug and smile)

Food was good. Place was very loud. We ordered the linguine Alfredo which was supposed to come with chicken or shrimp. We ordered it without the protein because the person eating it just wanted the noodles. It was supposed to come with salad and bread and we never got them. So basically we paid $16 for 1/4 lb of noodles and some Alfredo sauce. I'm also not a believer in an upcharge for using a debit or credit card. I understand there is merchant fees but $3 + dollars is outrageous. Ruined it for me this night.

New to the area and our first time dining at Haywood's on the Green. Food was delicious! Will definately return.

Food was good, atmosphere was nice. Will be going back soon to watch a local band playing there.

Waitress very good.
Food took longer than usual and had fish sandwich that was not quite as good as usual. A bit dry. Everyone else's meals were good as always.
I would have said something but it took so long to get it we were kind of on a time crunch.

Haywoods is open 7 days a week! They have incredible daily specials, kareokee and bands on Friday nights, theme nights, cigar nights, fireworks etc. You can enjoy our beautiful deck and patio (we have the best outdoor seating in the area) the staff is friendly and truly care about their guests. Can't forget about golf! I hear it's the best course in Clinton County!

You can make reservations for small or large parties, we have catering available and a beautiful banquet hall for private events! We can accommodate any of your party needs

I rated this one as 4 stars because this is the third time in a row that my order was messed up in some way.
The food is really creative and fairly good, but not outstanding, and unfortunately after the third time of having my order wrong, I feel like it's more than just a fluke at that point.
That being said, I still think the place deserves 4 stars and you should definitely not let the fear of getting things messed up keep you from visiting!
They do generally try to fix the order If possible, so. Yeah!
They have a Bruschetta Pasta that is super creative and delicious!

I really enjoy this restaurant! Beautiful outside sitting area. Golf. They even fixed up the women's bathroom. Thank God. Haha.

Nice friendly atmosphere. Waitresses were very helpful, thoughtful and considerate. We did not feel rushed at all and accommodated to our 3 children and their taste palettes.
