This is by far the best butcher shop within driving distance. My family have been loyal customers for years. The quality is superior to any grocery chain. The employees know what they're talking about. And the prices are better than anywhere else. We eat better because if this place.

Fast unloading. I usually make it there the night before and park alongside the building to sleep. They're very nice there.

Meats are ok.they don't accept checks anymore.not really all thier fault, but they could get automatic instant withdraw from checking. Very inconvenient. No shortage of access card users.they gladly accept that

I take my 90 year old aunt to hazel park every time I visit. She always buys her meats for meatballs, sausage, city chicken etc. Yesterday when there, my battery needed a jump. The safe was kind enough to help me instead of calling AAA just so I could get my aunt home faster. They are great people selling great products.

The counter person pulled a "bait and switch" showing me a tray of Porter House Steaks. When I said I wanted 4 of them he took them to a "blocked area" and removed the "Filet" portion of the steak and wrapped them so I couldn't see what had been done until I got home and wife went to separate them!
As a first-time customer this is so disappointing to experience.
Went back and spoke to manager and showed her cuts of meat and problem-she didn't bat an eye, went to walk-in came out w/ replacements and apologized for problem!
I WILL definitely come back and do business here again!
