I just wanted to say that I had the best experiences in Honda Hazleton. Great an amazing staff and great service. Luciano was very attentive, understanding and helpful. Car was hit.they told me it wasn't.
Had to bring it back for detail and smell.they scratched the paint.shuffled me around. Made me wait for general manager.after 2 more hours they informed me that he wasn't coming. Like the old days of dealerships

Bad customer service. When we call, we just keep getting told "We will call you back" and they never call back.

Update: I called that number the "general manger". He didnt answer

I contacted Hazleton Honda through cars.com. Shortly after Larissa contacted me through email. I was upfront with her on my return email that I am trading in a car with a branded title. I let her know where I live so she knew I wasn’t local. My local dealership did not have inventory in what I was looking for so I traveled 2.25 hours to see if we could make a deal sooner then my local dealership. I was greeted by George when I walk into the Hazelton dealership. He tried finding my info from the discussions I had with Larissa the past two days and wasn’t able to find anything. He took my information and keys and went to look at my trade. Processed my information and came back with the car fax and asked if I knew it had a branded title. I’m well aware of it because that’s how I bought it. I knew the reason and information on why it’s branded. The manager told George he didn’t want my trade and I happily walked out of that dealership. I could have saved the 4.5 hour round trip if Larissa was as upfront as I was during our exchange of emails.

Helped me Immediately to find my radio code after I disconnected power source! Gentleman came out to my vehicle got information needed and lady inside ran it through computer! NO CHARGE! Thank You! I will be back

Found the car we wanted online, contacted the dealer, and got extraordinary service from Anthony in Customer Coordination. Gave us the information we needed with a wonderful demeanor, being as helpful as he could. Visit to the showroom gave us similar results when dealing with the Sales Associate, Luciano. Would not hesitate to go back again and again. Great organization.

Went in to get my airbags checked. Estimate was 1.5 - 2 hours. I was out in only one hour. The gentleman at the desk was professional and honest with me.

Try to Avoid this Place:
I brought my vehicle here for a fuel system recall, They had to do some work in the fuel tank area. After their service my gas gauge was stuck at 1/3 level. Between my wife and I driving the vehicle, I ran out of gas and had to get towed. After Hazelton Honda initially denying they had anything to do with the gas gauge getting stuck, they eventually took the vehicle back and now my gas gauge is just messed up, where it never reads completely full and when it's on empty I still have 3 gallons.

The staff was very helpful and very informative and made sure I was well taken care of with my purchase. I have never met a group of individuals that went out of their way to help me like those at Hazleton Honda did. I would encourage anyone shopping for a new or used vehicle to visit Hazleton Honda and experience for yourself the great treatment I received from them.

The facility is beautiful - and I am going to pick up my new Honda today!

Tj was great and even went above and beyond during the process of purchasing the vehicle. He answered all of my questions and concerns with prices, insurance, etc at all hours of the day.

Great service and a very friendly staff. I got a used 2014 Honda Accord from here about a year back. I visit this place for oil changes and other services. They never let you down. My visit to this place has always been a pleasant one)
