Hazleton Public Transit

Ughhhhh most of the drivers are very rude to customers especially the driver of the 70 his attitude is always dry and nasty now the drivers of the 80 and Penn State buses are always on they phones never greet customers a simple good morning or your welcome would go a long way been riding for years and nothing changes SMH

Normally I would give it 5 stars but the female Spanish driver (just because I don't know her name) is the WORST! She will DRIVE PASS you! She always LATE! AND ALWAYS ALWAYS on her phone. If she worried about her JOB and SAFTEY of her passengers maybe this thing wouldn't happen! AND when you call the office nothing happens. Been taking the bus for over ten years here and only person I ever had a problem with!

Very irresponsible and they want to make believe that one is to blame, they have to improve their services, it's not like before and I'm sure I gave them my born number because the girl asked me twice and now they say it was my mistake but that's how they lose customers

They are nice people and are always on time I take the bus all the time I have never had a bad experience with any of the busses I take

Went to catch the bus from weatherly to Hazleton like I do every so often to get to work I had my vaccination card in hand and the bus driver still wouldn’t let me on without a mask but I was just on last week without one

Good drivers nice guys they get you where you need to go so that's an okay place to go to when you need transportation

Usually when a bus schedule is put in place it's followed but in the case of Hazleton public transit the drivers decide when and where to show just this morning I went to catch the bus for work now I need to get a ride in because it was a no show absolutely terrible customer service and some very rude inconsiderate drivers if I could I'd rate a 0 star
