HD Nail Salon & Spa II

Prejudice … I received my pedicure & requested for Helen to do my nails. Helen agreed to do them but her client, that was in her chair before me, wanted something intricate causing my wait time to be extended 30minutes. I asked #2 named Chin if she had another client, as she was finishing the client in her chair. She answered “no “. I then asked her, since you’re free are you able to take me or start me. Her answer was “no”. I then said “do you mind me asking why you can’t take me if you’re free? ”. No lie! She said verbatum “I don’t want to”, appalled I responded and said “can I speak to the manager you’re normally kind, that response was rude “ she replied “I am the manager and YEAH CAUSE I AM RUDE”. I asked her name, she said “number 2” I asked the store number she ignored me. I than took a picture of the license on the wall she said “ make sure to tell them number2 “. I told her “ you refusing to take me is a form a prejudice, especially after she turned me down to go fold towels and took a Caucasian woman who came in after me. I am disappointed. I am good enough for you to take my money but not good enough to switch nail techs because one is running 30 mins behind? I will never I repeat never step foot in that establishment again! I will not tolerate being spoken down upon! Chin is a rude individual and treated me like nothing! She chose to fold towels and take the next caucasion/hispanic client and turned me away! I will not allow this to be swept under the rug. Please check the cameras, to see the encounter and hear the words exchanged. She refused to give corporates number or any information about the establishment!

Terrible customer service! Very rude & unprofessional! I went to do my eyebrows for a clean up & they refused to do them said I didn’t need them done! & my sister wanted a full set she waited for about an hour & they lady told her she wasn’t doing her nails. I’ve never experienced this at a nail salon before Ever!

#2 is very rude and prejudice! She told my gf she’s not doing her nails because she don’t want to. We are here every 2 weeks and this is the 3rd time something prejudice happened!

Supervisor refusing to give me the contact info for corporate so that I could report issues! Need to speak with someone in charge!

Where do I start. A friend of mine was treated so horrible. It really hurts that she was treated so mast in front of an entire shop and customers by nail tech number 2. She kindly ask questions only to be told NO again and again
She asked for the manager and it happens that the woman who was rude was the manager so she kindly then asked for a store and also was told “ NO “ she is one of the kindest ppl I know and I cnt believe sum1 could even b this ride to her. As she was going to leave she took a picture of the license on the wall. And the woman says to her rudely “ DONT FORGET TO TELL THEM NAIL TECH NUMEBR 2

All in all it’s sad to see how these establishment whom Dnt have HR and or corporate overheads just get to treat any1 any type of way. To be prejudice and refuse service just because you feel like it is soooooo so horrible

Quality of nail shape/design makes this place my number one go to. I am a little bit of a germaphobe, so I do bring my own cuticle nipper. Which I have been doing for over a decade. I just absolutely love the uniqueness of nail design options, and they ove what seems like a thousand polish colors. AND they are so affordable!

I loved the place. I walked in and only waited 2 minutes. I haven't done my nails in a long time and just wanted a gel manicure and I loved the place! The nail tech was nice and skilled!

Absolutely love this salon. I travel 1.5 hours every other week. Great prices and fast service.

I enjoy coming here the tech are friendly and their work is done nicely.

Used to love them. But now they’re falling off big time. Everything is so rushed and mediocre. You tell them you want one thing and you’ll finish with something completely different.save your money go somewhere else! I asked for a short almond and came out with some damn snapping turtle nails.

I really appreciated how the girl that did my nails took her time and was very pleasant. She did a beautiful job! I'll be sticking with this salon! This nail salon is pretty big. Best to make a sure appointment or expect to be waiting a while. Worth the wait no doubt!

This is my go to nail salon. Not everyone can do nails here but once you find that person you’re set. I always go to booth 7

Seen the grand opening sign and decided to try them out and I must say Tina did her thing! Although they didn’t offer me wine until I asked other than that I would definitely go back.

Too crowded. People piled in like cattle. People occupying every inch. Black people need their own nail salons.

UPDATE: : NAILS DONE ON 5/72023 FULLY LIFTED AND POPPED OFF. WON'T BE RETURNING AND I KNOW THEY WILL NOT REDUE FOR FREE.

This visit has disappointed to the point I don't think I am returning. Been going here for 4yrs now loved it the only place that the wax and after care does not break me out and the pedicure are done how I personally do them at home. So i decided to fully get pampered this time around since i have a weekend get away why is my full set already lifting. Got them done on 5/7/2023. I have NEVER experienced this ever. Usually my nails starts lifting with the 3week and if that.

It's a bit of a wait but worthy. Awesome service. It's my first time there, so i did simple filling, but I will come back

Absolutely the worst. Nails on one hand are longer then the other hand, crooked and shape is terrible. Never again. Place is not clean either.

I love this salon! They are very professional and patient. The salon is spacious and I never have to wait longer than 15 minutes for service.
