My appointment yesterday Sept 26,2023 was exceptional. The office staff was very friendly. It was an upbeat environment. I was taken back in a timely manner by Kimberly to have my new CPAP fitted. I was feeling very anxious because sleep apnea was new to me. Kimberly took the time to explain every detail about the CPAP I was to get. She explained my insurance coverage. Kimberly then recommended different ones until I found one that was comfortable and suited my needs as a mouth breather. She then went over all of the details regarding the machine to be used. Each of the supplies that would be needed were discussed. Nothing was rushed and all of my questions were answered. Her last words as I was leaving were, "Please call me if you have any questions. You have my business card with my information on it. " The appointment could not have gone any better.

Maurice was professional courteous and knowledgeable. He made sure I had no questions before he left. Home oxygen makes my life better. Fast service.

After multiple calls, my last time someone answered. Delivering my oxygen tomorrow! Finally getting things done! Thank you!

Will not return calls and will not give equipment in a timely fashion even after insurance approval

I needed home oxygen supplies, and the delivery person (Tyrone) was super friendly and helpful. When I needed to be transferred to another location (which got messed up), Health Care Solutions helped me figure the whole thing out. It was quite a nuisance, especially since they're all LinCare, but the problem was eventually solved after many phone calls, a fax from my doctor, something sent to their HQ in Florida, and then more phone calls.

Excellent service. Fulfilled all that was requested in a timely and efficient manner. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Worse customer service experience that I have ever had. I am being billed for almost $700 for supplies that should have cost a fraction of this. Neither I or my insurance company can explain and I've not been provided with any receipt to help track the charge. I have been on hold for 3 hours and still no help, not even an answer. But when I call the same number and enter the prompt for new supplies I get a person in less than a minute. The only problem is they say they can't help and say that you have to talk to billing.

Portable condenser broke. Called them in the morning. Asked if we had some tanks and we did. Came by in the early evening with a new condenser.

We only use this company because the hospital initially ordered my mom’s bipap machine from them. We’re looking into trying to switch to another supplier. Every time I call to ask for help, I’m made to feel like we’re bothering them or my questions are stupid. I once had to call after hours and the rep who took my message said someone would call me back but they never did.

Keep in mind, this company doesn’t have a respiratory therapist on staff so if you need help or training with ventilators, they won’t be able to help.

Edit: we switched suppliers and I’ve called Health Care Solutions multiple times to arrange to pick up their equipment and as of now, 2 weeks later, no one has contacted me to arrange for pick up.
