Health Center Six reviews
8My personal experience was great! Everybody was very nice and pleasant. I was debating on coming here because of the reviews but quite the opposite, they were all so kind to me. The ONLY person that was very condescending was the gentleman at the pharmacy that handouts the prescriptions, he could bring a better attitude to work. But overall I’ll still give it a 5 star because of how I was treated by the rest of the staff. Thank you Dr. Mora and staff
Very helpful and caring staff. I am so thankful that these places exist in a world where healthcare is not a right and most of us have to choose whether to take the "L" financially, or just take the "L" with our physical wellbeing. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
More than 1 hour for someone in customer service to answer you and when they do they close the phone
Call all the numbers, 3800,3802,3804…
to make an appointment, and they DONT answer the phone!
The new guy who dispenses prescriptions has an awful attitude. He does not greet people, makes us hold up the yellow card for him to read instead of taking it in hand, which is demeaning and after he's read the card will not acknowledge he has the information needed, leaving us to look stupid holding up the card. I was there on Thursday and he held up a sign stating to pick up at 3pm instead of voicing the pick up time. Furthermore he did not process all my scripts that needed refilling leaving me to have to go over my empty bottles and call the number for refills on the ones he purposely left out. I've had nothing but problems with this guy since he replaced the previous clerk who was just as bad. He should be fired, disciplined, retrained or transferred to a position where he does not have to interact with people. Although the doctor is good, she may as well be a nurse as she does everything by rote.
Calling just to leave a message for the doctor is so hard. They barely answer the phone. One time they answered and someone hung up once they picked up. They need better staff answering these phones.
So they called my phone with all my information stating I had a appointment which I had no clue of or how they got my information… when u call back they leave u on hold
