Amazing service and value. Got a couples massage with their valentines day special - which for 60min for $100 cant be beat! As soon as we arrived we were greeted at the door by the owner, Dr. Sherry Wang, and she proceeded to show us into our room which was super dim and cozy. They really take care to line the beds with single use protective sheets so you know it's very clean here. The massage was an all over body massage and was a mix of deep tissue, swedish and hot stone! I was so pleased and will definetly come back!

Nice place to be. If you go there ask for sue who is the best. She has a magic in her hands. I had pain in my shoulder, I couldn't breath nicely, I couldn't sleep nicely and couldn't sit nicely. When sue massage me I felt so nice and never had any pain again. Thank you sue.

I had a fantastic massage here, Sue took time to find out exactly what I needed, and then focused on all my problems specifically. The place is simple, but clean and comfortable. I’ll definitely be going back!

I was having bad lower back pain and they take me in same day. The masseuses was work on me very very hard and professional, I feel so sorry for her.next day when I woke up I feel like new woman, it really worked. I will definitely coming back and I will tell all my friends about this place.

I have been getting massage for a long time, unintentionally found health spring spa in my neighbor, the masseuse has magical hands, she can exactly found my problem spots. I like this store and I recommend it to you.

Wow what a horrible facility and trust me I know because I treat myself to 1-2 massages per week. I have tried a lot of various spas throughout the country as I travel a lot. The owner who refers herself as a “doctor” is very kind, sweet and soft spoken so initially she comes across extremely friendly, but it eventually became apparent that she was not who she portrays her to be. However, I put up with her because I have to admit she is capable of giving a good deep tissue massage. Unfortunately, she doesn’t like to do the work and instead hands it off to her employees unless they are extremely busy (there is only 2 masseuse). She tends to go through a lot of masseuses so there is never the same person consistently and none and I mean none can even massage. They literally rub lotion on me which I’m very capable of doing myself if that’s what I wanted. Today, when I called ahead to schedule a 90 minute appointment, I showed up another new employee greeted me at the door without a hello, just “follow me”. She tried to take me to a room, but I told her I wasn’t getting a full body, but instead a foot massage. Wow, she became angry, rolled her eyes and questioned me about my services with an attitude and made me feel uncomfortable. She tried to convince me and tell me what I should get! I run 5 miles, 4 days a week, why wouldn’t I want a foot massage, especially when they have a separate section WITH SEATS LINED FOR FOOT MASSAGES! She went on for 10 minutes during my massage and said that I should only do 15 minutes on each foot and then I should do the rest on my backs. So, I did just that 15 minutes on each foot and that’s all! I didn’t want a back massage or anything else at that point! In summary, the employees refuse to give you the services that you are paying for! The “doctor”x hired my company for our services and never paid their bill (6 months later I’m still waiting for the $$ that they owe me.that should have been a and I should have quit going there a long time ago! This place is very unprofessional, unfriendly, not knowledgeable in Chinese medicine, rude, and demanding, confrontational, mean and definitely not worth the time or money! Especially when there are so many other amazing Asian masseuses in the area!

If I could I would not give any stars. 1 star is too many for this spa, if you want to call yourself a “spa”. Horrible experience! I tried this place 2 times hoping they were having a bad day and it was the worse experience I’ve ever had. They are not friendly and unprofessional. They do not even know how to massage! Beware of this facility, it can been very deceiving.

I came this place because I had a bad headache， I got a 30-minute massage, after massage my headache disappeared, and my shoulders were vary relaxed. Professional therapeutic massage.

I get 40min Chinese massage medium strong so goooood she makes me relax ~~~ and comforting.i think i will go regularly ~

Received a flyer in the mail about this new massage place in manoa shopping center. I’ve had neck, shoulder, and back pain for the past 3 months. I’ve went to Hand & Stone but that barely did anything. I decided to try out the Chinese massage at Health Spring and it was fantastic! My neck and shoulders feel completely different. It was an intense therapeutic massage — the masseuse really went above and beyond. All of the knots are gone along with the tension. I had no problem getting a Sunday afternoon appt. Highly highly recommend.
