3 On the direction of Saunders House Rehab, an I'll-equipped facility with dated, malfunctioning equipment, my father was unnecessarily transferred to the hospital without explanation.
The 2 medics working with my dad were wonderfully patient and well informed. They never complained doing the wait to straighten things out. They acted with a sense of compassionate urgency which I found impress.
I was on my way to work this morning when I driver on city Avenue in Belmont almost crashed into my vehicle because they went to cut me off. I wouldn’t trust this company to drive you anywhere safely and securely. Tried to call customer service to resolve this issue and I receive nothing but a busy dial tone.
This place is HORRIBLE! This transportation is always late when it comes to picking up or dropping off patients. They should be ashamed of themselves.
