Healthy Beginnings Plus-Hazleton

I wish I could rate this a 0/5. Several HIPAA violations, several health and safety violations, unclean environment, nurses and receptionists openly discussing patient information at the front desk, nasty and filth everywhere. I showed up to my appointment 17 mins early and was told I may not be seen because the receptionist noted the wrong time and it was different than the printout I was given. Nurses were uneducated on equipment, rude, and snobby. I walked around the entire doctors office with my urine sample in an open solo cup, “play area” was filled with trash and you couldn’t see the floor and that was where we were told to wait. Nurses did not allow me to clean lubricant from between my legs before they continued to try to figure out how to use equipment. And then told me they couldn’t find my uterus. They told me my 5 mo old daughter would be a disruption in the office (while she was sleeping) while one nurse was humming over me asking questions and the other nurse was chewing and popping her gum loudly. I will not be back, and will be recommending others to stay away from this facility.

Dr Loshkov is absolutely TERRIBLE. He doesn’t speak to his patients whatsoever. He doesn’t listen to any concerns or questions. He is VERY rough with his pelvic exams and cervical checks. I was in low level labor for THREE WEEKS, and he told me he wouldn’t consider an induction until after 41 weeks! WHAT? I never went to my postpartum check up, however he made sure to say I was there to bill my insurance over $4200. FOR AN APPOINTMENT I NEVER EVEN WENT TO. They cancel appointments regularly and always have lame excuses as to why. This place is by far one of the WORST medical facilities I’ve ever had the displeasure of visiting. Over 50% of their patients are PREGNANT WOMEN, & they do absolutely NOTHING to ensure you’re comfortable and happy. 0/10.
