Family hearing in Lebanon was awesome! Dr. Hartmann took an hour to speak with me, as a new client. She cleaned my hearing aides and gave me all my options for new devices or use of my old ones. She also gave me loaners to try the next series up to see if my hearing improved with their use. Thank you Dr. Hartmann

I took my father for a hearing evaluation that was set up by the VA. We met with Linda Gonya-Hartman Au D. She was awesome! And truly our guardian Angel. She took the time to explain things to us as well as had a great deal of patience explaining things with my father. My father has gone through 2 sets of hearing aids from fly by night businesses that promise the elderly lifetime guarantees. I know because I was with him during these appointments. Both sets from 2 different places lasted less than 3 years. I didn’t realize there is a big difference between these scammers and true audiologists. Ignorance on my part. It’s a shame our government doesn’t do more to regulate these fly by night places. Anyway, when Linda put some sample hearing aids in my dads ears, the look on his face, brought tears to my eyes. He could hear us and we were talking normal without shouting. I highly recommend Linda. She takes pride in what she does.

Dr Hartman was a kind, patient doctor who listened to everything I had to say. Answered my questions. Put the fears that I was going crazy to rest and gave me real answers about what was wrong with my ears. She is knowledgeable and has real answers.
The whole office was friendly, relaxed and professional. A very nice visit from start to finish.
And I finally have a starting point to figuring how to manage my ear issues.

Most impressed with Linda. Very personable and helpful, especially compared with previous experiences. Home visit during the pandemic was most appreciated.

Was in for a repair of my Wydex hearing aid. Everything went well so far. Needed to order part. Very happy so far.

A through and comprehensive series of test. Very professional courteous throughout the whole procedure. I will come back when I need to.
