Appointment was on time. I was given all the time I needed. I thought the consultation was very thorough. I would highly recommend this hearing aid center.

The staff and Dr Frey always make me feel welcomed and ask about me as a person before asking how I'm doing as a client. Dr. Frey has always taken the time to fully explain and answer my questions. She has always been available to troubleshoot issues and I never feel like I'm being rushed or my questions are trivial. The building is small, but the benefits of going here has been huge for me!

I have received excellent care and service at Hearing & Ear Care Center. Dr. Frey examined my hearing thoroughly. She explained my hearing losses and recommended hearing aids (computer programed in minutes), which I received immediately. Using hearing aids has made GREAT differences in my daily living. I can hear conversations; I hear ambient sounds (like the directional signal in my car!) in new, clear ways. I am completely pleased and satisfied with my hearing aids and the continuing care I receive at Hearing & Ear Care Center.

Dr. Frey and Cassandra are always welcoming and ready to help me with any needs or questions. Dr. Frey has great availability and knowledge of hearing loss and hearing aid devices. I bought my first pair from Dr. Frey and when I recently needed a new pair I was happy to go back.

Very pleasant experience. It is always difficult finding new doctors, especially after relocating to a new area. This was a great recommendation from my primary doctor. Friendly and courteous staff, Dr Debbie was extremely knowledgeable, personable and thorough and she took the time to to explain everything so I understood. I will definitely continue coming here.

Dr. Frey is an expert in the field of hearing loss. We have been trying a number of devices and adjustments in order to optimize my hearing which has not been achieved yet. Through all of the testing of devices I was never made to feel it was inconvenient to tweak or totally redo the ear molds. I would recommend this center.
