Sean is always highly regarded whenever I've have testing done by him.

Shon gave me my hearing test. Went over the results he even showed me with a camera the inside my ears. He helped me with getting a nice pair of hearing aids. They connect to my Samsung s20 cell phone. I am able to listen to music and talk to ppl when my hearing aids in my ears. I have gad my hearing aids 4 days. I've wore them all day the past 3 days. You can barely feel these octcon hearing aids.

I recently had a very rewarding visit at Schon Slagle's Hearing Life Center in New Castle PA.

After getting hearing aids from another Audiologist in Hermitage this past September
I was very disappointed in the service that I received or rather lack of.

One of my customers recommended Schon Slagle to me after I had complained about the lack of follow-up that I received in Hermitage after investing 4,500.00.

So I made the appointment with his office receptionist Kimberly to see Schon.
He retested my hearing and made an adjustment to my hearing aids.

The Hermitage audiologist that took my 4,500.00 never did any retesting after I received my hearing aids.

My recommendation for anyone needing hearing aids or service would be to see Schon Slagle first.

Schon and Kimberly were both very caring and knowledgeable for my needs.

We were recently in Texas and had an issue with my mother’s hearing aid. He was able to diagnose the issue over the phone and sent out a new part in the mail the very same day we called. I was extremely happy with my appointment. It only took two days to get it. I was very nervous about the virus. The technician came to my car with her mask on and her gloves on.
She was carrying a box for me to put my hearing aids in to take them to her office to clean them and get the other products I needed. There was no physical contact at any time. I would recommend Hearing Life to everyone.

Service was quick and precise. Spent no time in the waiting room. Shaun was polite and very professional. My experiences with Hearing Life have always been excellent. Would highly recommend them to everyone.
