We feel blessed about making the "Leap of faith" decision to have Hearthstone (Chris Naso) build our final home (we hope!). We could not be more happy with everything that was done - your attention to detail, the level of quality which was brought into every aspect of building our home, the perfectionist attitude to things and your overall flexibility (and patience!) with working with us! During the time we were building, we were experiencing one of the one of the most stressful periods of our lives going through series of family tragedies with the the one very bright spot of our lives during this time period was working with Chris and seeing our beautiful new home spring up. We will forever be grateful to Chris and his team of professionals and give thanks that our path brought us to know about Hearthstone. We will always be an active marketer of Hearthstone to all we encounter encouraging all that if one wants their new home built right, contact Chris Naso.

Will not recommend this company. I think they are building too many homes a year and not dedicating themselves to what they have going on. A final inspection of work quality could not have taken place and if it was, shame on them. Dust from the drywall was still everywhere when we moved in. We had to sweep ourselves. Still getting it tracked into the house. There are dings in the walls, chipped paint on the trim, scratches in our wood floors, the painting is terrible, as in large areas were either missed or it’s obvious where the roller went (or didn’t). Work trash cans left behind took over a month to be picked up, cigarette butts in the yard. I could keep going. A very big letdown overall to say the least.

UPDATE: TWO YEARS LATER. YES TWO YEARS LATER we are still waiting on initial issues to be resolved. I’m telling you, walk away from this company. No! R. U. N.

I used Hearthstone for management of construction of a new home.

Chris made sure to work with me through the planning and design process, and was very responsive for a new home owner building for the first time without all the knowledge about what I was doing.

The project moved as quickly as possible given environmental conditions, and Chris worked with me to explain what was going on as we ran into challenges on the site. There were definitely challenging setbacks that I wish we had foreseen, but Chris was professional about these instances, even when I as the person seeing challenges in the process responded with frustration.

After completion, Chris was responsive to issues I may have found after completion honoring the warranty Hearthstone holds on their homes, and responded with his team or by coordinating with the contractor who handled the work.

While you're working with them, you're going to have a lot of back and forth about the process. Chris may forget a conversation you had from time to time, but he makes right by you in the end when you remind him.

This past week they had an amazing sale on all kind of paper craft products and their yarns thank you Jo-Ann fabrics for giving your clients these amazing deals!

As with any builder expect to have issues along the build process but the owner (Chris Naso) ensures they’re corrected and your satisfied with the end product. He truly puts his reputation on the line a quality not easily found in today’s market. Appreciate it!

It is with great enthusiasm that we write this letter of recommendation in support of Chris Naso and
Hearthstone Homes, Inc. Chris is an outstanding professional whose pursuit of excellence in every home he builds deserves recognition.

Kate and I had met with numerous builders before deciding on building our dream home with Chris.
Every builder prior wanted us to use their vision, which is exactly what we didn’t want. Chris on the
other hand gave us examples and ideas of his previous custom homes, but was more than willing to let us sit with an architect for our home to look and flow exactly how we wanted it, and to be a home he never built before. To us that is what truly defines a custom home, built for the family who will reside in
it, and not for the mass public or HGTV viewers. I can honestly say that from our very first contact with
Chris we were thoroughly impressed. The quality of his workmanship, professionalism and integrity is
second to none while his straight, no nonsense honest approach is especially refreshing in this day in age.

Hearthstone Homes exceeded the level of customer service/satisfaction we were expecting. We want to
thank you for your willingness to meet and work with us on our dream. We know we were probably a
little different and possibly even challenging as we brought some very specific finishes to add to our
home's detail.

On a personal note, Chris made our home building experience wonderful, to the point it was almost as
sad as it was exciting when the project was finished. We truly enjoyed working with Chris and his team,
and we would not hesitate to do it all over again.
