Called this morning, they got me right in. The service was first grade and professional as always.

Carl is very knowledgeable and answers all my questions thoroughly. Efficient and professional.

My recent visit went very well. The receptionist was very pleasant and welcoming and organized. The office was very neat and orderly.
The Hearing Aid Specialist was also pleasant and welcoming. He gave a good presentation and explanation of my hearing loss and why I needed
hearing aids. He fitted me with sample aids with my prescription and let me hear what sounds I have been missing. Right now I am considering the cost of the aids and what model I would enjoy having.
All in all a nice place to deal with.

What a wonderful experience! Deb and Carl were warm, patient and kind. I took my 94 year old neighbor for a new hearing aid. They treated her with the upmost respect and provided her with excellent care.

My old hearing aids were out of warranty and having problems (one completely broken, one not working correctly, other parts obsolete). Carl set me up today with more modern, more functional equipment and I'm extremely happy.

I struck out. I couldn't come up with the money. There service was okay but they were late
